Judge Judy can be very inconsistent. I've seen several cases where someone puts someone else's property outside and it gets either ruined or stolen, and she tells them that it was their responsibility to safeguard the property, and they had no right to put it outside. Yet, in the case of the ex-boyfriend with the mattress, Playstation, and bag of clothes, the woman admits to putting his stuff outside, and JJ won't award him money for it and tells him he should hsve rushed over there to get it. It's fine to break up and move out. But she shouldn't have put his stuff outside where it's unprotected. JJ's inconsistency is annoying at times.
