yes this is all true. i am also a residence of parkland pride PB101sf. we are also facing issue of noise pollution Nd bad smell. tractor come and go from 9am to 1pm continously. the cleaniness of society is not as per they are showing before purchasing a flat or plot.
BPTP is just fooling people through their gimmicky PR activities by showcasing a lavish and sumptuous living. But the ground reality is absolutely contrary to what they portray. This is the situation of the esteemed BPTP residential project in faridabad, where residents are struggling not just with the essential amenities, but also the basic infra set up required for a hygienic livelihood. Bptp is just on a money making spree and has failed utterly on all fronts.

Very bad experience...BPTP being a reputed builder in Faridabad, on this perception I bought flat in Pride.To my surprise services are very poor,basic ementies are not up to mark though they are charging premium for this as maintainence charge.To add to this RWA for last 2 years is doing nothing & just wasting our time and energy. Please wake up BPTP before it's too late.
