I'm from Arkansas, but stopped by Mayhem on a trip while Luke and Haley were doing the row, bmu, yoke carry workout. It was cool to see games training in person, and how hard these athletes work. Not to mention, everyone at Mayhem was so welcoming which is why I love this crew even more.
Because of Mayhem that I watched and encouraged myself to watch The Games again and this video showcase the preparation of individual athletes. Rooting for Roman to win! GOOD luck to all Mayhem athletes (individual and teams)!

I need everyone to understand that these people are just down to earth good dudes and bros. They are human like the rest of us and have always been super welcoming every time I’ve been. If you haven’t been, make it a point to go. You won’t be disappointed.
If Haley was there the whole time, she was very under shown which is disappointing. She’s a freaking beast and is back this year! We need to see the come back!
I defnitely agree that the mayhem games is a way more realistic than the crossfit games on who is the fittest, for a long time the crossfit games started going a way too far !!!
