😅What? I thought this was a BBC comedy series! Now I am convinced this sitcom series might be a better source of fictional characters to include in my story board assignment at school. Oh. Maybe you are only advertising being of retirement age too instead of only being American while watching an American sitcom series too? Guess I will have to start catching up with my T.V. watching in general to become a better conversationist when not being wordy or editing of comments instead. Imagine how funny it would be if someone could come up with a sitcom called, "Cleveland Police Department Grownups" during a police operation with employees doing impersonations on the telephone to catch scam artists whenever they are not at home trying to relax too. Imagine how much fun it would be for senior citizens to be all getting together for writing sessions to come up with the lines for that series.
Yas with me dad, delboy last of the summer wine, heartbeat, fasier, men behaving badly, vicar of Dibley,Alan partridge, mr bean didn't realise how spoilt we were for comedy greats back then I also now realise it was his way of unwinding from a stressful day
Absolute gold... The fact that this is still being aired all over Europe in 2024 is proof of the fact that they just don't make this kind of show anymore...
I wonder what kind of volunteer work and paid work too the bucket woman did before retirement while being responsible enough. Guess I will have to watch more episodes to find out. Was she sometimes full time camp cook only or what? Would explain the word bucket. Instead of saying rake to be referring to a turned into a new fangled weiner stick to roast up some hot dogs while feeding a harvest crew on her farm while being straw boss or whatever.
Lmmfao the bucket woman! I adore this show, my folks introduced me to this. Laugh riot. I'm not sure what is funniest, onslow, "our rose" or the bucket woman singing at Emmitt 😂😂😂
If Emmitt had played his cards 🃏 just right simply by just getting married to Rose in order to spite Hyacinth, then he would have been a better man for it.
Well, be that as it may, it’s still a good possibility for them to have eloped off-camera, character wise that is, with a little friendly persuasion from Liz, and if luck’s one their side, nine months later, Rose finds herself in the maternity ward with a baby boy in her arms, and the wife of the Vicar for a roommate because she too has given birth to a son.

😂😂😂😂😂😂Those leg warmers the one character is wearing are hilarious. Expensive for the producers to buy eh? This sitcom series is perfect for a story board at school assignment. Sign of the character Hyacinth's unhealthy aging process: Being a little too creative when being wordy. While she was wondering who was just at the door or who had just called. Is it only an Irish thing being told to grow up and lie in this sitcom or what? guess I will have to watch more episodes to find out more. That woman dressed all in black with a short skirt being helped up the stairs reminds me of that one advertisement I was once offering actors to fill in at extended family gatherings. This sitcom series looks way more funny than that movie trailer called, "Barbie" Wouldn't that be hilarious if someone could write a sticom series about a police station filled with real life police impersonators who are often on the telephone while catching scam artist callers. While sometimes we get to see them at home too. They could call it, "The Cleavland Ohio Police Department Grown Ups" Those leg warmers the one character is wearing are hilarious.

Gosh, I miss great television like this brilliance.
i will never get tired of this show and Last of the Summer Wine. I'm American too. WONDERFUL shows!
How about possibly using Amateur Genealogy 101 to link Hyacinth to being a 1ST Cousin to Hetty Wainthropp?

Rose did give Emmitt a ride once.😂😂😂😂😂
