- Don't get me wrong I love being a UA-camr, but I just can't find a excuse to spend 30+ hours making a video that no one will see instead of spending time with my family, studying, or going to work. I don't get paid enough for this... actually I don't get paid at all.
So, I tried to ignore it, but I couldn't. I tried to prevent this, but I failed. I bottled my emotions and this is the result I'm not sure if I'll ever return. It's alright though, I got to live my dream, even if it failed. Well nit all of it but some of it. I'm just fighting for a look at the downsides, and I think I've found them. Although this experience has changed me forever, I'm not sure if I can return to a normal life. So I'll probably be back after 7 months like I said I would. Although I might've picked the wrong niche.
Oh but I'm getting distracted this video is really about my annoyance with UA-cam gurus. I don't like them. The advice never helped it only ever forced me into thinking I had to do things a specific way. That way never worked either. Lost all creativity an motivation to depression. Partly genetic and partly because I believed I was doing something wrong and just sucked. It's funny how easy it is to get into an unhealthy mindset. Then again I have depression and anxiety so maybe take everything I say with a grain of salt as I tend to only view the downsides.
But if you're looking for something more uplifting in the meantime I've got plenty of challenge videos. Well if you consider 12 as plenty.

When getting footage for this video I saw some stuff I’d rather have not… I don’t think I can fix my recommended.
i'm just seeing your channel for the first time
and how TH are you a small channel that's not even funny
you deserve much more
💗
to be honest if i was you (take this with a grain of salt) i would keep stuff more simple, like when i watched this whole video i didn't know where to look, so if i had to make your videos again i would focus on the viewers eye and make them follow the story (if you come back you youtube)
No I definitely agree, sometimes I feel as though my pacing is a little fast. I've kind of gotten used to that type of editing so it's gonna to take some time to sort of deprogram myself, but it's really nice to see feedback.
i think you should really focus on your mic setting so your voice have a more ''professionnal'' sound to it, that might be more pleasing. i feel it might help you a lot, and yeah.. less editing would save you time and make your vids actually better
Hmmm, now that you mention it I haven't really thought about my audio in a while--I mean I thought it sounded good but I have a bias, so could you maybe elaborate a bit on what you mean by professional? It's alright if not, I kind of have an idea on what to change.
@@exlonici can't really describe it on text but i think you should use a compressor and any sound tutorial on youtube, idk what mic you have but i own a yeti and downloading the logitech audio software & using their premade options made me sound WAY better (as if i was in a studio)
@@exlonicPersonally I can't tell if you're using a voice changer or if it's really like that
@@tomekk.1889 Ah I see, it’s likely my noise gate then. It’s supposed to help get rid of fan noises, but sometimes it warps my voice. I should be able to fix that, so thanks for letting me know!
There's nothing wrong with Exlonic's voice, I don't think I want it to change.
Forget about touching grass, learn to program.
Actually, I am learning to code, because right now I only know Minecraft commands. So it’s kinda hard to make a game if you can’t code anything…
But thanks for the suggestion!
@@exlonic The idea is to share your journey, with the world, or at least your fans, not just to learn. Ideally it can be treated as one of your gaming challenges with the added benefit of learning a skill.
@@MasterGxt Yeah that's a cool idea! But me and plinter would probably post stuff like that on the keydev studio channel.
