Can you please do a video on frame length? A guy I work with has a 24” frame and I have a 26” frame. We’re the same height which is 5’11”. He tells me I need a 24” frame and I tell him he needs a 26”.
I ordered a pack, frame, etc a couple weeks ago and now I'm second guessing my choice of stays. Thought I'd need the curved, but I can;t quite fit my fist in between. More like two hand thickness' What do you think?
Really glad that I got the curved stay. Even though I used to have more junk in the trunk, I can still make it clap.

I get pressure just below my shoulder blades... I have semi-flat stays now. What can I do to fix this?
Possibly swap to curved. That would bring the upper portion of the frame away from your body.
