Harold Perrineau depicted quite possibly the greatest Mercutio ever to be seen in a movie adaptation of this Shakespearean tragedy, he was that riveting & superb.
When I first saw him in _LOST..._ ...I was so happy...as brilliant as he is, I completely forgot the possibility that his character might not be a fan favorite... ...plus on top of that, he'll deliver the character so well...one could get lost in the emerson..!!
"A plague on both your houses" i mean literally is not the fucking worst your friend can which on you and your gf? 😢 Mercutio death is just so depressing, and the dark sky and storm is absolutely perfect
One of my favorite scenes. Leo and Harold are both excellent, so believable. I love how you can tell the exact moment Romeo goes from despair to rage. And the way the camera stays with Mercutio when the others run away. Still, just like him.
You cut off the best part IMO of the scene when he says "They have made worms meat of me." That sent chills down my spine, he knows he'll be dead and buried.

The scene is absolutely awful. I don’t like storm scenes in movies, so that’s why this movie is terrible.🤮🤮🤮

I wasnt a fan for this movie. But it liked this scene. Made me a little sad while blowing me awwy with the music.
I was rooting for mercutio cause his actor is cool and isn’t just reading the script like most characters
This is one of the most iconic scenes in the movie. The fact that he died on a stage. The music. The storm…
just find all scenes of movie watch it from a to be then there is no need to buy movie!!!!!
