They got one at Portimao in Wec, a victory to Long Beach and another podium at Laguna Seca in Imsa
@@selkietsune9062 I said this 3 weeks ago. Laguna seca never happened 3 weeks ago. And I hadn't even known about long beach up until like 2 weeks ago but yeah that win was great but it really was due to that silly acura mistake braking too late if not the acura would have gone through the last remaining 963 and win the race. The car really lacks performance to be a winning car as of now.
are the Hypercars allowed to run higher power outputs in WEC than in IMSA?
The LMDh cars had the same BoP at Sebring in both IMSA and WEC. Might have been just for Sebring though.
@@Maenfy I read that during the daytona 24h this year, the Porsche GTD teams were complaining about BoP and it was also evident that the new Porsche GT3R looked very slow compared to most of the other cars. So I was curious if IMSA is just the only race series that BoP heavily against new cars.
@@OMGz1122 Its not against new cars... Everybody complains about BoP when they dont have the advantage. They have good people in their development center in Weissach. I am sure they will gain performance during the season, but honestly: This season is already a loss for them. Other manufacturers, especially Toyota and Ferrari, are so much faster...

1000 horsepower. If lmh/lmdh cars weren't regulated they'd be on par with lmp1 if not even faster but hey the cheaper the more manufacturers.
