I am glad nothing happened to you and the film crew while shooting in the burned down senior apartments building near the West Oakland BART station. The left over structure from the fire two, almost three, years ago is dilapidated and unstable. I notice this building while riding on BART. Unfortunately, these senior apartments haven't been rebuilt after all this time. Hopefully, they'll get moving on rebuilding this project. Adrian bringing you footage from the cuts! LOL. J/K.
