After reading so many HDFC employees comment, I would like to suggest them to improve their English, otherwise it will be very difficult for them to survive in Banking industry in future. 😀 many of them couldn't able to write " Salary" spelling. It is really pathetic.

Once you are jobless or without business and you need to keep a Minimum balance of 10k in your savings account. Then the real picture is shown to everyone. Take a credit card or personal loan and if your account goes NPA then face them. Its a fun to watch them. Ultimately then you realize after all the above situation that the best thing to do is to start your new career with Sbi (the most reliable Bank ever in India) or with any other government bank in India. Experience talks rather than just blabbering.

I don't think it kills it. I think in order to kill opponents they have to adopt changes little faster then they are... I found Indian banking system extremely complicated including demat account or net banking... In order for one to rule, this banks has to change this first.
2) bank has to change stupid OTP services to change anything.. i travel a lot and does not have one number for india because I am currently living in USA... It is so difficult servicewise, i hate that.. what if my phone get hacked...
3) my personal visit to my bank just to change a phone number and address is so difficult as if i need some president to call for change.
Ease of service is not there specially in Government banks, LIC and that is one reason private banks and firms are doing much better.
5) other is Employees.. which private bank has young employees and government banks has old employees who don't even operate computers... Change for them is hard since they are lazy to work hard.
If any bank will change a bit.. they can beat HDFC faster as well.
