Off subject, does anyone know what changed for the approval times for the Sarawak MM2H - from 18 months down to about 6 or 7 months? A dramatic turnaround.
I really wanna get portuguese golden visa and citizenship wondering what other people think of that golden visa with the rule changes and everything this year
Would have been curious to see the state of some region real estate ex Ukrainian invasion. Not sure Dubai real estate would be where it is if the UK also did not clearly signal anti Russian money and non dom ending. The key point is that the UAE seems to be the new place where money is fleeing to. How much more can it rise? Ukraine was a black swan event. How much more out there and are they guaranteed to profit for the UAE? Maybe more than Turkey.
Another interesting point would be to see the volume of money flocking into the UAE VS its origin. It's not US money or Chinese money (Australia) as far as I know. Hence there is a limit to the volume of new money. And as you mentioned it's entirely possible that the rate slows down.
