Tape ins installed and removed correctly do no cause damage. Heat, combing from root to end instead of ends to root for detangling will cause damage.

The density of my hair looks to be about the same as her hair density. I have wondered how the tape-ins would look on someone with low-density hair. I would have loved to see how far you went up on the top of her head, with the tape-ins. It is beautiful how thick and realistic they look.

Hello I have a question why did you use the flat iron ? Does it help fuse the adhesive? And was foam the only product you used as a styler?
Yes the heats reinforce the tape. And yes foam is the only thing we used but you can use most products that works best with your hair
