What I want to know what Diddy means by "I take responsibility"? So would he hand himself in to authorities and go to jail for assault? The only way Diddy could somehow come out of this ok would be if he admitted to everything he did, apologise to all those he harmed, paid them all out millions until he had almost nothing left, spent time in prison, went to counselling, spent the rest of his life helping others. But I just wonder about all the stuff he has done with NO cameras around. Rotting in jail until he dies might be what he deserves regardless.

Not a single one of those cases have been settled a day after it's been filed. Not one. The only reason you settle is because the acuser is telling the truth, and you don't want it coming out for all to see.

Court cases disrupt business, and can also last a year or years to complete, and you’ll pay more in lawyer fees and court costs than just settling out..Not to mention the media circus of a trial….In this particular case though, Diddy was guilty. So, you’re right in this case, but not totally right, generally speaking
