Ya, those guard rails all over the world are great for stopping cars from going over the hill, but terrible for people on motorcycle (or in your case skateboards) since people get "stuck" between the posts. Glad the rider looks pretty ok.

Doing this in shorts and tshirts is insanity. You come off at these speeds, you're likely to break bones and lose skin down to the bone in a slide. Get some leathers on

If was to join you skating down the alps.... I would wear an aerodynamic uniform and it would look like similar to what a football would wear.... shoulder pads, vest to protect ribs, knee pads, thy pads, shin guards and the jock/cup protector.
