@boneteacher sir, what is the MCC of pathological fractures? Is it metastasis or osteoporosis? In E5 regular video you had said that osteoporosis is physiological so metastasis is the MCC. But in E6 revision videos you have said Metastasis is the 2nd MCC.

Sir ,Lateral &medial epicondyles are not seen during intracapscular arthroscopy know bcoz both are extracapscular ...Is this right ??..As sir has mentioned lateral condyle as intracapsular..

Sir, I have a doubt, that in question that displayed on 13:00 minute of this video. For sickle cell anemia MCC of osteomyelitis is salmonella, I agree with that, but in question they said lower end of femur which means it can be metaphysis and the answer can be stap. aureus also right?
