Forcing niqab should be done. The face of the woman is the most beautiful part of her body. It certainly more beautiful than other areas of a woman's body that requires covering such as the ankles and arms.
@@onlyallahisworthyofworship5599 Don't know about the forcing niqaab part, if there's evidence of it practiced by the Prophet SAW then we can. But obviously you need shariah implemented. I disagree personally, the face is aesthetically attractive yes, pretty but it's not something that will turn me on. The SEXUAL attraction is the body that's the main source of evoking carnal desire.
@@SDSen the evidence is that covering the face is part of the obligation of hijab. Therefore if hijab is enforced, it means women must cover their face.

Subhān ALLĀH! I am really saddened that you have said niqāb is recommended, & that NO body said that it is obligatory. & Did you just say that .. other EXTREME is to cover face? Are you really saying this or it was a mistake???? Majority of the scholars have said that it is OBLIGATORY. Even Skh Albani رحمه الله said, he wasn't sure of his ijma' ( not to cover face & hands). All others رحمهم الله said it's obligatory. The khimar is such a garment that covers faces from our heads. & covering your beauty includes face in Sūrah Al-Nūr & all the companions understood that way. Subhān ALLĀH ! Alhamdulillāh for face covering. niqab is a different style anyway , it has two holes that is not allowed in hajj, but face covering was a must. والله اعلم. نسأل الله الفهم
First of all sheikh Albani clearly stated the majority position which is his position that is niqab is not OBLIGATORY . Next there are other scholars who support niqab but said it is NOT the majority position. The majority hold the view that niqab is sunnah. And Allah knows best

But France banning hijab and Taliban forcing the hijab is both wrong, isn’t it? There is no compulsion in religion. You cannot throw a muslim to jail because his wife/ daughter refuses to wear the hijab. We should encourage, teach and advocate for deen Allah but we cannot force it upon others! They ban women from education place! How is this islamic?
Personally, I have had objections to the Taliban beating women for not covering their faces during 1996-2001. Currently, they have said that they will only reinforce the Hijab and not the burqa.
but Quran teaches not to force ...no one can force a girl to wear hijab..there is nt single hadith saying woman shud be forced..watever u do for Allah it shud come from heart
"Why don't you equate forcing to wear hijab with forcing to not wear hijab?" We do... Both are wrong. Banning the hijab and forcing the hijab are both wrong. People should be free to chose what they want and don't want to wear. You done with the strawman?

@@thymelaka4758 I literally never said there is absolute freedom. However just because there does not exist absolute freedom does not mean there does not exist freedoms at all. Having clothing mandates depends on the reason. For example, mask mandates are a good reason due to public health. Mandating all Jews wear tags that show they’re Jews is not a good reason. For the hijab, the mandate is due to enforcing religious belief systems onto others. Infringing upon their individual liberties to practice or not practice their beliefs (or non beliefs). Not to mention clear gender discrimination. You nonironicaly support France having hijab bans because you’d consider it “just one of their laws on dress code”. Btw: the west also has advocates against indecency laws, ie breastfeeding in public.
@@noorsnotes3467 I don't think you understood the gist of my argument. At the end of the day, our governments FORCE us to wear Clothes whether we like it or NOT, but the level of exposure is DIFFERENT from country to country. Each country has its own system of governance. France can have its own ban while Afghanistan Can have there own mandatory laws. Its not an issue. The issue is the hypocrisy of France. They boast of the "freedom" they have in their countries, while its a LIE . Now, the taliban has repeatedly said that the rights of men, women, children will all be in accordance to sharia. They were honest from the beginning. Islam as a religion gives freedom to wear hijab or not to wear. That's completely true. Remember here we are talking about a system of government, where decisions are taken by public consensus, discussions all in accordance to islam. So, even adopting democracy, more than 98% of the Afghans prefer sharia law, and women do wear a hijab. So even from that POV, the public consensus is present for a hijab. Making it democratically valid. By the way, Why the outrage in enforcing modesty ? Shouldn't we be happy that the hijab frees the women from the beauty expectation shackles of the society? Many women who have metal problems due to their looks, hair, body etc. They go to extreme lengths to look "perfect". These will reduce drastically with hijab.
@@thymelaka4758 honesty isn’t the best policy. If China are open and honest about killing Muslims and putting them in concentration camps would that have been ok? Just because the taliban are honest about a hijab mandate doesn’t mean it’s good. It still infringes upon the rights of women. The will of the majority does not have the right to infringe upon the minority. That’s not how democracy works lol. Sorry, legally punishing women for not wearing hijab doesn’t makes life for women easier. Again, you support France’s hijab ban. Your ideology oppresses Muslim women worldwide.

The baseline of Islamic law in a country must be and has to be what is clear is islam. Example what a free woman must cover, excluding the face and hands. The feet is debatable. If a party is ruling in line with islam they they must not and cannot force extra actions onto its people. The covering of the face is a cultural practice at the most and not from shariah. If one is forcing cultural practice onto its people this is oppression and not from Islam. If you can argue that it is a recommendation then that’s what it is. Just a recommendation and nothing else. Unfortunately there’s too many people that still preach and believe coving of the face os from shariah.

As-salaamu 'alaykum... Dear Shaykh... This argument clearly exposes the issue of hypocrisy in the anti-Islam world... However the main topic has yet to be truly explored... At the time of our beloved Prophet (saaw) what was the practise of the ruling government that He (saaw) established and that followed by the 4 Caliphs after him?... I was looking forward to you expounding on the approach of the salafus-salaaheen concerning the government's approach to the issue of the Hijab amongst the peoples in lands that they became rulers of (meaning those women who were not yet muslim)... clearly Muslim women want to wear Hijab... but what was their approach in lands that came under their subjugation? I think this would be a good topic... especially if we can contrast the protection afforded women in Muslim occupied countries in the first 400 years of Islam to the rights of women in their lands before Islam gave them their freedoms... May Allah continue to favour you and grant you success in this life and the next... Ameen
Much respect to you brother...really liked the way you have explained here. I too support the Sharia law 100% if implemented correctly. However, can you please explain how this Taliban have taken over the country in accordance with the Shari'a? Their Leaders i.e Haqqani network are involved in numerous Haram activities now they are implementing Sharia? This makes them Munafiq, the Muslim Ummah must look into this group thoroughly before supporting them! The Shari'a is just a law, unlike the Quran and Hadiths it can be altered to fit today's generation this is an important point, also the extreme punishments i.e chopping hands, stoning etc are more of a deterrent and should only be the very last resort, however these Talibans are using it as a first resort. I must also add, Afghanistan is not Taliban land, Afghanistan had a fully functioning government and law albeit Ashraf Ghani is corrupt, however there was peace. This is an unlawful invasion even according to Islam! Afghanistan is made up of many ethnicities include Tajeks, Uzbeks, Hazaras, Turkmens, Pashtoons, so how can Taliban represent the whole country when they are all Pashtoons? Taliban are from Pakistan and this is a fact, they should go take over Pakistan which is many times more corrupt even in Cricket they are corrupt!! Almost all suicide bombings have been done on Muslim land therefore they are also killing innocent Muslims! Remember folks, the majority of the Qur’an talks about ethics, history, and parables about humans. If you begin treating people with harshness for all of their shortcomings, you jeopardize the future generations leaving Islam.
muslims are only tolerant when they are a minority. Once they have a majority, the real islam appears.

You wouldn’t see it like that if you understood…. If women acknowledged Islam is her religion then surely she knows that covering her body ( including her hair) is commanded by God.

Asalaamu alaikum as a man of knowledge wouldn't it be better to state that there is a difference of opinion on the matter? You stated no one said niqab is mandated... you know better but this is incorrect. There are many scholars who do believe niqab is mandated.
I must have missed it in the lecture itself but he actually himself follows the opinion that it's mandatory, so I am a bit surprised.
He said it’s recommended. It’s not mandatory, what is mandatory is to cover the body and head in hair under sharia.
Even Saudi has the law that even non-Muslim women should hide their heads through scarves while they go out. But no country and media have any problems with them and they will keep all sorts of ties since they need Saudi's oil, jobs, investments, etc. Hypocrisy is at its peak!
forcing niqab i guess yeah shouldnt be done, but you can't say niqab/burkha is extreme, thats exactly how the Sahabiyat covered. One needs to be careful with their words
Yes you are right, in fact I am in favor of the opinion that it is mandatory, however the majority said, it is recommended. I misspoken May Allah forgive me.

Alhamdulillāh for face covering. niqab is a different style anyway , it has two holes that is not allowed in hajj, but face covering was a must. والله اعلم.

First of all sheikh Albani clearly stated the majority position which is his position that is niqab is not OBLIGATORY . Next there are other scholars who support niqab but said it is NOT the majority position. The majority hold the view that niqab is sunnah. And Allah knows best

You done with the strawman?
when Allah says to cover your hair, it`s not a choice it`s a command, and Islam is not about freedom but guidance, understand this sister
There is NO absolute freedom of anything . If there was it will be anarchy.

So your argument is just a double standard.

Assalamu alaykum. There is nothing wrong about impose the hijab, in fact, but there is a problem if any Islamic state try to turn nikab or burqa obrigatory, because muslims or states cannot turn haram what Allah swt makes halal.
I'm sorry brother I didn't get what you said. Are you suggesting niqab is haram?
@@basedandchadpilled1148 of course niqab is not haram, but in the same time It's not fard (obrigatory), because in the Holy Qur'an Allah swt turned halal for women to show their faces and hands, so again, It is completely expected and normal impose hijab, but we muslims cannot impose niqab to our sisters after Our Lord have reveled His permission about the face and hands for women. It's their right to choose wear niqab or burqa.
The prophet salami ăleia wa assallam said that the women should to wear Islamic clothes, but he said that Allah don't want from women to wear Islamic clothes by force, vouse he will not accepted if this will not come from heart and from our wish ,so stop to say that Allah force us to do this, he said that he will judge us if we don't walking covered, so is our choice if we will decide to wearing or no Islamic clothes, couse we know that we will be judged by Allah, so no one from this world don't need that to force us to wearing Islamic clothes or covered😐😐😐😑😑😑😑

spot on sheikh ,
The baseline of Islamic law in a country must be and has to be what is clear is islam.

Brother you should look into the creation of the group if it is 100% halal, the Taliban do not know much about religion it is not a religious movement but a political one supported by Pakistan. I cannot support this group!

Can you go in details about this haqqani network
@@asfiraihan2073 The Haqqani Network are gangsters and criminals. Their money comes from haram activities such as kidnapping, asking for ransom, extortion, drug trafficking etc etc. Not forgetting TERRORISM!
Another thing to think about these groups, the Taliban support suicide bombings as a form of Jihad and those killed is their fault for being there! Almost all suicide bombings have been done on Muslim land therefore they are also killing innocent Muslims!
I do not know any Madhab, Hadith, any verse in the Quran which justify suicide bombings or killing innocent Muslims.
