    I’m in the middle of generational trauma. I realized what was going on when my children were just past the subconscious period. I managed to help my youngest with meditation and healing frequencies but my oldest doesn’t believe this so won’t listen to me. Eventually she will grow up and I hope she learns this soon to help heal her past traumas. Thank you for producing awesome videos

    This is amazing. I figured this out years ago when my younger brother asked why I was so successful at not only escaping our family but conquering my life. I thought about where my mom must have been mentally when conceiving us. Actually, I first thought about the labor...
    My older brother took many painful hours to be delivered. Me, smooth sail. My younger brother, had the cord around his neck so emergency c-section.
    My older brother caused us a lot of pain and torture. He abuse me and my younger brother, got into hard-core drugs, and lost his mind. No one knows where he is today, but last I heard all his hair is white. He should be 32 this year. My father was very abusive and angry all the time, so I imagine my mom was really struggling while pregnant.
    My younger brother... my mom wanted to abort him. She didn't want another child from my father. And even after the c-section, she was emotionally most distant from him. He never even thought of her as a mom. Today, he's also schizophrenic like our older brother. He's in some weird group home/shelter situation. He accepts help but is very hard to live with. A lot of entitlement, a lot of need to spend money that's not his.
    So I wondered... how did I get so lucky?..
    And it was an obvious answer. Within the year after conceiving me is the year my parents were preparing to move to the USA. My father had dreams of owning his own business (today he farms) and my mother excited for a richer life.
    It makes sense... because after I left home, I left college and really quickly became business minded. I didn't get my first real job till I was 26 years old and learned that I am extremely hard working and have the perfect skills for drawing in a lot of people. I just joined a gym to start working on different areas of my life and already I know all the staff and made friends. I'm attracting a lot of richer people in my life as well, which would make my mother proud because that's the American dream she programmed in me.
    I'm very lucky to have been conceived at the peak of my parents short lived marriage. But still heart broken for my brothers and half sisters I'm forbidden to see. I can honestly say my life is perfect now, but what a lonely road here. 😔
    We have a lot of power in us!

      Acceptance of everything you’ve experienced is key. My brother is dead from a drug overdose. He was by far my mom’s favorite child. I had to accept his death and his addiction to hard drugs. It’s not easy. No one is immune from the human experience. It’s how you deal with it and your perception.
      Luck has nothing to do with it.
      Seeing everyone as multi faceted beings, instead of only seeing the negative in everyone but yourself is a totally myopic viewpoint. I would rather have a conversation with your brothers than yourself- I’m sure their stories are much more remarkable than yours. 🤷‍♀️

    • @IIXxx_juliet_xxXII
      @IIXxx_juliet_xxXII 2 роки тому +3

      Your judgment of your brother is pretty harsh and nasty. You’re only projecting your own disdain and not fully understanding where maybe he is coming from- why write a novel about your life on a UA-cam channel if you have it all together? For validation? Calling your brother living in a ‘ weird’ group home for the mentally ill isn’t very kind;
      You’re deflecting - bragging about being around wealthy friends isn’t impressive either unless you have solid connections- soul connections; what good are they if they lost all their money and status?

    • @GaiaNeh1013
      @GaiaNeh1013 2 роки тому +7

      @@IIXxx_juliet_xxXII ummm okay....
      I think you took my comment and really projected something else of your own. I know I carry some judgment towards one of the brothers I mentioned. No denying that. He's leaned on me far too much and has even come close to attacking me and has guilt tripped me in the past. There's a lot more to it than can be mentioned here. But that's not the point at all. I don't know what about the things I did shared has you narrowing down on that solely.
      I've had my fair share of issues and I'm still working through some. But shit, I've come a lonnnnnng way and if you met me face to face, you wouldn't see whatever you're picturing. God forbid we share some positive experiences and changes that was WORKED for. And yea, amongst all the shit, there was some good that I CHOSE to utilized. I found my strengths and weaknesses and literally went from dissociating on a daily (amongst other mental health problems) to having a complete peace of mind, as well as earning my way to a position of opportunities. Which I must add has only happened because of my positive attitude, that I continue to get job offers directly from business owners while I'm AT work.
      The whole point of my comment was to compare my experience vs both my brothers during PREGNANCY, and the correlation in those experiences and the RESULTS. Weather it was luck or meant to be, I was conceived at the prime of my parents violent marriage and I believe that's what helped ME.
      And while you think you'd have a better conversation with my brother, I can tell you now that he chose to be where he is despite the optioned I seeked out for him. He literally chose his current place over a very good program because he didn't was to "work for free" as he calls it when he learned he had to help with chores and do more than eat, watch TV, and collect free money. Just the other week he was talking about getting his stimulus check. But hey, maybe my judgment is the core of his issues 🤷🏻‍♀️ you might know better, stranger on the internet.

      @@GaiaNeh1013 best reply ever! I think its interesting to observe the pregnancy/mindset correlation. No one can write a memoir on a youtube comment, I got what you were trying to say, too bad some people *trolls* leap off the cliff with it. take care!

    • @GaiaNeh1013
      @GaiaNeh1013 2 роки тому +3

      @@cbeark thank you! I appreciate you saying that. I don't think he was trolling though. I think he was triggered by the sad facts about my brothers since his own brother faced such a sad end. Unfortunately being the "favorite" child leaves someone with a lot of pressure and a lack of self. It's sad when we watch our siblings go through so much and without the ability to help them... our first friends in this world. I looked up to my older brother as children and now I just want to look him in the eyes and forgive him, wondering if he'll forgive himself.
      We're all on this journey to redeem ourselves from our parents mistakes. We have to do better. ❤

    Such a blessed family Dr Lipton. There was little to no knowledge or insights to suggest that we were here to be the best we can be when i was a child. Not by family school nor community that felt relatable to me. Here in Wallsend n.e of england, my parents were teenagers when i was born. Probably not the best idea. Gotta make the best. I have been blessed to finally see the "hows" in my calm Alpha i believe, and started awakenning to Unconditional Acceptence, Forgiveness and Love. I am 50 and have been in the process of re-programmming self Worth for about 3 years now Thanks to folk like you being here in YT world. May you continue to be blessed. Love and Respect to you all

    I had what I would consider a traumatic experience at 7 years old. Maybe not by mental health standards but I made a decision and it carried through in my lifetime from a tiny scar in the heart of a child. I’ve done extensive writing and am able to look at it more objectively. It’s important to know the stages and to be aware of words and actions. Miles was wonderful with his grandpa in conveying this info.

I never understood why my little girl is so afraid, because since her birth…her life has been rainbows, mermaids, and unicorns…nothing to fear, no arguing between anyone in her life, many people who love her as their own…yet she continually talks about having 10 German shepherds and 10 Rottweilers in her home when she grows up for protection! I ask her what she needs protection from, and she just shrugs and says “so no one tries to take all my millions”! Lol! I will tap into my logic to make important decisions at this time and not be swayed by my emotions. And I will remain flexible in my thinking so I can learn from others who may have valuable knowledge I need at this time.

    I learned this stuff 20 years ago when I was learning more about myself and why I do the things I do... I really wish all parents would truly learn and understand this stuff as they are bringing children into this world and raising them and also to identify their own patterns of self sabotage and where they are coming from so they can understand how to stop making the same mistakes over and over and over again.

      Indeed. 👍🏻 our parents have profound impact to our behavioral patterns and coping mechanisms. Knowing our thoughts cycles is key to self awareness. I agreed with you.
