Anotand's queen's in another castle XD XD XD. That boiling oil trap was hilarious and sooo well played. He managed to slauther a complete elite horsemen army while losing only 5 wooden doors.... If this doesn't win a prize I don't know what will
The only way to top that is with a donut shaped gauntlet. Run the king in an endless circle and repair the wall once they move onto the next partition. core regretting not splitting his horsemen and attacking from 2 ends of the gauntlet at the same time.
I can just feel Core's rage when Wam calls him bad after being the one to snipe Faye when she was pushing.
Core played this game like a total newb. He didn't build forward production, He didn't build a wonder. He ended the game with almost 100K total resources. He played to lose.

Anotand resisted the coalition army, that betrayal costed them the game. i love an underdog story!
Faye really held out like a champ with only 150 gold per minute against Wam.

I have to guess she's a mongol main? She hardly walled... if she had stacked up at least 2 layers of stone walls and a shit ton of wood wall spam I bet she would have done even better, but she did still do well all things considered.
ottomans military school are cracked in the lategame, faye had a lot of jans, knights and great bombards thanks to the military schools and age 3 siege landmark. she had some trade but at best had like 300 gold/min, and held vs wam with virtualy infinite royal knights
Faye did amazing considering that early she did just fine with no defense, first to counter cavs, mid-game got 3v1ed and still managed to fend off and late game was the first to go after anotand, without the bonus cap but yeah, Wam was the weakest all game and lost the game at the end
I cant even pay attention to the game, all i'm looking at is crackedy and szalami winging at eachother in chat xD

I can't believe Core didn't see that coming when Anotand started mass building keeps on the site after they took it from Faye together.
Wam really needs humbling. Threw the 3v1 by sniping Faye then has the audacity to call Core bad at the end. His bad decisions gave Anotand the space he needed to win, not to detract from Anotand's incredible defense.

To be fair, with the ressources he had, Core should have done more, WAY more. Core is sitting on 150k and isnt bothered to delete all vills to go 250/250 and Aclick to win.

I actually laughed whole damn game, the smack talk was so good holly shiet, first half I cried on TC wars and flaming each other and than when I thought this cant get any better the second half: the betrayel the smack talk the master genius

CheekedyHere made my night with this little shit show he had with Szalami, and I can't believe he actually got the king snipe after all of it.
After PuppyPaw's 'steam roll' having 400 population, it's refreshing to see multiple player's attacking together someone that might be a serious threat.
Not that I didn't enjoy watching PuppyPaw snipe 3 kings. That was an amazing game. 😂

What the actual fuck, Anotand just rolled over everyone, shit was hype as fuck. Tbh, it just felt like they exploited the gamemode better (Excellent early aggro into booming, good defensive plays/networks to prevent snipes, good use of siege/walling for a safe Sacred Site Victory, etc.). Ngl, love that this was the second game, there are so many techs/theory from his play for other players to incorporate into their own styles within the tournament
This may have been my favorite game yet, very entertaining to watch. Crackedy and Szalami early bickering and stubbornness killed them both, which they are both at fault for. Faye held out against Wam pretty well up until the end. coRe and Anotand had some nice back and forth, and the great king gauntlet was actually insane XD. The hyper competitive chatter was funny if a bit immature. Great cast as always!
Anotand deserved this win more than anyone else, this game wasnt just 200 knights go it was really something else.

So is there a special prize if you win best sacred defense and best king defense in the same game? Because that was brilliant from Anotand!
It will be really good if the king gives more stats to the units around him so we could see him on the battefield and then we will see defensive formations around the king, they will be two types of player the safe one who will still keep him in their castles and those who play aggressivly and take advantage of the king buffs on the units
Nice game as always! We play very similar (getting housed and floating tons of resources hahaha 😂), it's nice to see someone else play like me. I think throwing in the odd game that you lose I think would be cool also, as always knowing that you're definitely going to win before the game starts takes away abit of the enjoyment... As for what Civ to go next, I'm a Chinese main. The Zhugs are pretty fun with Song Dynasty in Feudal, then the nest of bees in early Castle is enjoyable too 👌👌

Wam's play seemed unfair, but the fact is faye was fighting him for no reason before. If Wam had not killed faye then, he would have lost afterwards to either Annotand or Core. Core, on the other hand, was already 250 pop and still went for the king snipe on Annotand. Why? Because he wanted to put the final nail on Wam's coffin. This one is on core. Up until Faye's snipe, Wam was being a team player the whole time. Without the extra pop, Wam would not have had a chance afterwards, killing Faye did not give him an edge, it put him on equal footing towards Core and Annotand.
I disagree he could have saved that attack on faye after she helped defeat anotand, she was an extra player that could have helped save the game. If he waited till the end when anotand was broken then he could have snuvk in that snipe if he wanted to. The fact that he let faye and core grind their armies and he did that true scummy move
With a line of keeps for the king, the attacker should just hit the second one first. Maybe core didn't know about the gauntlet though...
Then the King takes the side door and goes around to the third Keep. Plus, boiling oil does a ton of damage. That mass of Horsemen could have only killed 2-3 keeps, I think.

Amazing defense from anotand but I feel like core losing with 200K + ressources in the bank is kinda missed macro lol
But yeah, weird shaped walls + mangonels seems to be the counter to mass knights, I think it's a good thing they discovered it now.

If it wasn't for faye taking sacred sites again and again, the game would have finished a little bit earlier, everyone had to stop fighting the moment it hits 6min mark
