The thing with AI is, that it is only as smart as the information provided, not only by us, but the Database it pulls/is trained from. It's the reason why there are so many different AI's and not just everybody uses Chat-GPT, the entire internet is around 175 Zettabytes (in 2022), one Zettabyte being a TRILLION Gigabyte, so chat GPT has no way of knowing all things, rather just having access to Surface level information. It's why you got a "Good" answer during the question about bird, but if you remove the part about him being Bane's lieutenant, it spits out a generic Batman answer about batman doing it to "Ensure the safety of Gotham city" But got a "Bad" one, when asking about the weapons in Arkham City as a standalone one. It's also why DougDoug Spent a lot of time to provide all information he can to Chat-GPT and even then you've seen the results that can happen are quite unhinged like with the Pyjama Sam video. In theory, you could sit somebody down and have them feed the entire Script from the Arkham games into an AI, which then most likely could answer these questions a lot better. Either way, was a fun video, keep up the good work!
I don't see anyone pointing this out: CHATGPT IS NOT (proper) AI !!! IT'S A CHATBOT, THEY'VE BEEN AROUND SINCE THE 1960S, THEY ARE JUST MORE ADVANCED NOW!!! Basically, do not expect ChatGPT to know things that are not directly stated as facts on Wikipedia or something. It is not designed to use logic, it's designed to predict what someone would say, which is why it repeats points it has made in different ways and why it cannot use logic in these questions. It cannot be stupid, because it cannot be smart. It just knows how sentences work and tries to use words that could answer your question.
"Why does ChatGPT not give good answers? is it stupid?... yes" And also, I can 100% agree with the ending note, A.I isn't an awful thing, it's just when it starts to be the norm for stuff like writing essays and doing peoples jobs for them, that's when it starts getting bad.
Goes to show why AI should never be your only source when researching something. But search engines are moving to AI based synthesis of websites as your search results. Then we can't sort through the sites yourself anymore...
I’ve always wondered, why didn’t Batman use Robin’s tracker? Cause in Harley Quinn’s revenge you follow the signal from Batman’s belt (since that’s where the map is pointing you towards) and since Robin still has his belt in the end cutscene at Arkham you’d think Batman would at least try it. And we know Robin has a tracker since in Arkham VR you try to use it
I’ve never really commented on your videos but I really liked this one. More specifically I really enjoyed your own personal answers to the questions people asked originally, you’ve clearly studied the games in serious depth and have articulated your words to make your points really clear and concise with relevant examples to the viewer (for example the talia al ghul section/video on its own). Would be nice to see more Arkham-Q&A style content from you in the future. Sick new pfp btw
Further evidence towards Militia being at the Asylum. There is dialogue from out in the city where they say one of them was on guard duty and saw the Knight save batman.
The main issue is that many of the questions are based on faulty assumptions. It prioritizes the knowledge in the prompt to its background knowledge. Like with the question "How did Riddler put the trophies up?", the question presupposes that Riddler did put the trophies up and tries to continue along that thought process. It is trained not to disagree with the prompt. On top of this, it doesn't actually know any of the game lore besides the Wikipedia overview.
the thing about AI is that it's an ATTEMPT at making machines somewhat decent at what the human brain specializes in. The human brain is great at pattern recognition and situation adaptation. Computers are great at memory retention and calculation speed. what that means, unfortunately (or fortunately depending on whether or not you've watched Terminator), AI REALLY SUCKS at coming up with new solutions to a new problem. it'll try every solution it was given at its programming, and if one works then it records that solution as effective for that new problem, but if it doesn't then it just stands there not knowing what to do and ends up faking it hoping to make it. and i think that's what really happened: it had the big informations of the game: the plot, the characters, the events, etc, but it didn't have any of the details, nor the fan speculations, nor anything that would require extensive research. so without the information, and without the ability to think for itself, all it could really do is spit back the information it DID get, and hope it satisfied you.
I’ve noticed how the ai is better with irl stuff compared to in game lore, which makes a lot of sense. This thing was probably meant for scientific questions, or something like that, and definitely not for discussing the lore of fictional stories (at least not without prompts that go into insane amounts of detail, just to make absolutely sure it doesn’t go schizophrenic and start rambling about things that never happened. “Broken grapnel boost” my ass)
You know what would be a cool video idea, A Arkham villain evil to most evil list, we would of course know the top 2 but I’m interested of what clownpuncher thinks.
Actually regarding why Batman doesn't just call the Justice League aside from the fact that he probably doesn't have them on speed-dial... Initially he probably thinks he can handle it by himself, but after a while, Arkham Knight/Jason in tandem with deploying explosives into the roads all over the city as Alfred points out, broadcasts a threat nationwide that he will turn Gotham into a "charred crater" if anyone tries to stop him as a means to discourage outside interference. So if other metahumans started coming into Gotham to try and stop him, BOOM.
Hi clownpuncher big fan of your streams and Arkham videos was watching your stream of stars war footage but decided to watch one of your videos hope your having a fantastic day today
Anyone who thinks AI is going to be more creative than the human mind is as mad as Jervis Tetch. I would comfortably wager that ClownPuncher and any one of the many in this very comment section that could come up with better stuff than AI. Because for one people can impress thier own real life experiences upon the story or characters or even create a completely new set of events and characters, giving it more depth and background and two, passion for a project will far outweigh a computers ability to compile what it computes is the most compelling version of events. There are versions of Batman that I prefer to others, I like the more serious and realistic Batmen like Arkhamverse, Nolans, Frank Millers and Batfleck, my girlfriend adores Keaton and the Tim Burton Batmen but we both genuinely appreciate all of these versions and don't really dislike any of them where as someone else might completely disagree with me all in all i'm not worried for the future and will continue to enjoy the many stories of The Batman.
23:17 last time I played Arkham Knight was like 3 years ago so I'm not really sure if this is true, but I remember that Joker vaguely said that Batman lied about saving the Joker, just to get the last laugh.
That joker in knight isn’t real considering the fear toxin merged with jokers poisoned blood created a manifestation of joker in Batmans mind , I believe the joker in Batmans mind could very well intensify Batmans fear of becoming the joker . In a brief summary Batman was exposed to fear toxin in Arkham knight and with that being merged to jokers poised blood which was in batman’s body during the events before knight ultimately created a manifestation of joker which is there to push batman into embracing his fear of becoming the joker. Anyways we do not know if batman was willing to save the joker but in my perspective Batman was really unsure of saving the joker.
ChatGPT for some reason only gives an answer that is a collective of what the subject is. Since Batman is the core subject, it answers it so… It also takes everything quite literally

I agree with most of this, but I think it underestimates how quickly technology, AI included, can advance. While I don’t believe AI will "take over" in a dystopian sense and I agree that its currently limited and lacks insight, I do think it will become extremely common in our lifetime. Technology tends to progress exponentially rather than incrementally, often experiencing periods of stagnation followed by rapid advancements driven by breakthroughs. Right now, we are in one of those rapid advancement phases, and we don't know where it will lead, but AI has already become a day-to-day technology for many.
from 3:11 and 4:06 most of your arguments against chat gbt make sense. you just read its title of each prompt and instead of reading their full prompt you just nik pick what you see. Preventing further violence and protecting innocents make sense if you were to read its full answer to you. Also outsmarting the Enemy is fair reasoning since the game implies that Jason would save Batman at the end of the game and it would make sense that Bruce would know Jason would save him. Or the Kirk langsturm is 100% correct and saying because there is no information does not mean you can discredit it. Saying chatbot picked the most basic answer is false since you asked why and it gave the best answer to your prompt. and We see multiple times that batman's gadgets suffer damage: the freeze grenade, batmobile, firearm jammer arkham city were all damaged or the boost on the batmobile. It does answer the question for the joker's death and is correct and give you 3 different theories. and it says with his moral code and at the end does blame himself. You said "say it again with me know, We don't know. but considering how joker's death affects batman by now with batman going forward with harley quinn's revenge in arkham knight its very likely he would have saved joker". That is what Chatgbt said... You also how it connect Origins to the rest of the game not who or what. They gave the same answers you gave without the firefly or deathstroke. But it answered your question 100%. if you would have put in your prompt also who they brought back to Knight or what they carried on from arkham knight or asked for more details after that im 99% sure it would give you firefly and death stroke. It answers your question 100% about Batman's hallucinations/memories he thought had happened. It told you "Manifestations of Batman's fears and guilt." it assumes you played Arkham Knight and knows he was poisoned by scarecrow at Ace Chemicals which is correct. Why would it need to tell you why he's seeing them and you also asked ``Batmans experiencing multiple hallucinations as a result of jokers taking over his mind. Some of these hallucinations include flashbacks of events he was not present for". You gave the same answers as Chatgbt as it did answer the question. Yes you proved your point about ai a little bit and like your final message and its a Good video. And i agree with many of you’re points.
guys, it's a chatbot. we don't have the technology for "smart true" AI yet. we may have technoogy capable of learning, but we're still stuck in the VI stage.
If you want AI to for instance write something for you you're better off writing it yourself you have to make it so detailed and explain everything just to get it to an averge level of a decent script.
Batman did kill Bane. He may have brought him back but Bane was dead. He made Batman break his one rule. People may say Batman knew he could get him back but that’s bs. CPR has much much lower chance of success than people think and even with the shock gloves acting like an AED that still was a shot in the dark. An AED won’t shock on all cpr patients and even it does it doesn’t bring always work. At best Batman killed Bane with a 25 percent chance of getting him back and he still killed Bane.
18:02 Anyone else believes this is a bit wrong? I am not saying that Mr Clownpuncher is wrong, it is the canon answer after all. What I mean is that is a bit of character assasination in terms of his development. You're telling me that after a whole night fighting his greatest nightmares and fears, after being force to experiment psicological torture, Bruce decided that experience is exactly what your avarage bank rober should go throw. Who cares if the victims also inhale some of the gas? It's the demon bat babyyyyyyyyyyyyyy and he's going to comit war crimes. In all seriousness, It feels wrong, at least to me. I always thought he just went back to being a urban legend to protect his alies and because he had become a literal halloween costume, so his fear efect was diluted. Saying that he started using chemical warfare in any criminal feels like the last thing Batman would do
A realistic AI would probably have to be created within a crystal. I think at that point it would become self-sustaining and even be capable of evolving. But still, we're probably a hundred or so years from achieving that level of complex data.
12:30 chatgpt is the only riddler admirer. Why? Because it says that riddler is smart 3 times

Where is man smiling pfp😿😿
I didn't expect those comments to be for this but ok! Anyway A.I. weak, human who hasn't touched grass in a year strong!
What did AI do to you? 😓
Exist.
guys, it's a chatbot. we don't have the technology for "smart true" AI yet. we may have technoogy capable of learning, but we're still stuck in the VI stage.
i started making batman content from inspiration from you. ty.
If you want AI to for instance write something for you you're better off writing it yourself you have to make it so detailed and explain everything just to get it to an averge level of a decent script.
2:20 so where were they when redhood busted him out?
Saying that he started using chemical warfare in any criminal feels like the last thing Batman would do
Why is ai stupid? Is it stupid
A realistic AI would probably have to be created within a crystal. I think at that point it would become self-sustaining and even be capable of evolving.
But still, we're probably a hundred or so years from achieving that level of complex data.
I was hoping you'd actually read the responses.
