If I was a composer writing songs I would be offering my songs to Taeyeon because I would be sure that it will work. ( If she ever accepted my crappy songs 😃) The bus is her life or mental state and the persons are related to her selfblames etc when she was younger. They are always with her. She tries different methods, rests and finally makes peace with her selfblames. Something like that? I've understood that she's been very hard to herself, "lazy perfectionist" she said herself. She's hardworking in reality. She likes horrormovies, so the tire chasing people is a joke relating to the genre. As you said, respect to Tayeon, she' s precious.
I had a feeling there was some kind of deeper meaning with the MV so that makes sense. You can definitely tell how much of a perfectionist she is given the quality of her music 🙂
