I love all these tips. These seem like such positive and fun ways to start off the day. Do you have any advice for growing long and healthy hair and what products to use?
Thank you!! And for hair growth, I recommend scalp massages 5 mins twice a day you can either do it with your fingers or they sell bamboo brushes which are great as well. It stimulates blood flow to your scalp which is what helps hair grow! I also love apple cider vinegar (has to be with the mother) hair rinses! I do them once a month. I get a large cup of warm water then add a splash of apple cider vinegar. In the shower before shampoo and conditioner I apply it to my scalp and massage it for just a couple minutes. It clears any buildup on the scalp, especially great if you use dry shampoo or scalp products. Then I also recommend a hair mask for your ends. I like the amika ones but tbh I bounce around products all the time I haven’t found a holy grail hair product for myself but I do swear by those tips for hair growth! I think scalp health is key with healthy ends so you don’t have to cut as frequently or cut as much off :) Hope this helps!
