i have watched pretty much all RA3 games Sybert casted here, and quite a few Harlen played on Bilibili by another caster, not Harlen's channel himself. I feel pretty safe to say that Harlen is a very solid and complete Soviet player with great anticipation, control, sometimes bold tactics, very entertaining and satisfying to watch. Maybe hard to rank, but in my mind he's in the same tier with Dimon playing Soviet. It's indeed a shame that some great Chinese players were somewhat limited to their own server due to some obvious reasons, but i know Dimon has recently played via Chinese server, and i'm so keen to see an All Maps Challenge between Harlen (S) and Dimon (E).
No Seriously, How did he knew about terror drone approaching? It is clear that from mini-map that during entire terror drone journey (1:01:19 - 1:01:46) there were no enemies around it.
53:13 must be the most frustrating thing when playing againts other people, like you are in a rush and your harvester be like: come pick me sir im stuck
