keep in mind this is the Hamptons and this is a 20 million holiday house with a touch of coziness.

Considering you're getting 5 nice sized homes in the Hamptons for $20 million, that's not a bad price at all. But I bet the taxes are like $150,000 a year.

@@brunorehder4250 It isn't 4 million for maintenance LOL. This property is designed for Summer rentals. The owner would be able to get $100,000+ per month in the Summer months and it's geared for a large amount of family+friends and it is also geared for throwing massive gatherings.
This is probably a fund manager's house he's selling because his firm is moving to FL because of the lower tax rate

I actually love this property. I imagine living here is like a summer dream. I think the Barn is my favorite structure out of them all, especially the part with the loft. That looks like the perfect place to have your office, honestly.
This is one of the few places I've seen here on AD that is actually worth the money. A total of 6 homes/structures on the property, all that land, in the Hamptons? What a steal. I'll call my accountant tomorrow, for sure.

This is actually not bad and one of the most sensible and deserving of its asking price. If I had more than £500 million, I wouldn't mind buying this one. Actually looks and feels homely, and classy, with all the perfect amenities without giving a grandmother/father vibes. Stunning.

The grounds and the barn are special, but the main house is a little weak in comparison, why are the ceilings so low? Is there a local law stating a maximum?
