People find it hard to believe others love them when they don't love themselves.
Edit: Just wanted to add something. When a person sees all these flaws about themselves it's hard to believe others when they say they don't see them. Basically like how how can you not see all this fat? Or how can you not see how ugly I am? How can you love me with all this mess.The flaws we see, seem to become worse and more noticeable in our eyes. Making us ask Why do you love me?
This is how I express it, I'm not the right answer and not everyone will feel the same.

I love the way she lays on my chest because she is scared and/or feeling anxious. I love the way she treats me, even when she is mad at me she still shows how much i mean to her. I also love how she misses me after just a few hours without seeing eachother or talking. I love when she takes a running start and leaps into my arms, i love how she makes me laugh even over the smallest things. But most of all i love that she was always there for me whenever i needed her no matter how big or small the problem.

I think that when people ask that question it's more about "why do you choose me". Because feelings change y'know but people still stay together because they choose each other over other things. Just how sometimes even if we love someone we choose not to be with that person for many different reasons like the person being toxic or our own insecurities. So when two people have a long relationship chances are the feeling of love isn't as strong as it might have been before but they still choose to stay together because it works and makes them feel good. That is what we traditionally also call "love" and what I feel like the question "Why do you love me?" refers to.

This video was beautifully and innocently done. Thank you for the sentiment and thought you guys put into making this. The idea really resonated with me in my last relationship. Much like others, I couldn't really pinpoint why I indulge being with the other person. There was just too many positives and cliches. It really wasn't an easy task. But after watching this video last year, I realized what I liked the most in a person; its about sharing one's vulnerability and insecurities. Like in your video, I found it very touching that one can let someone so close to see them when they are not at their best. Along with it comes a sense of trust that never seems to fade. Thank you a lot for this video and yea still refer in 2019, but couldn't find a better way to explain to someone. :)

It's always hard not to compare yourself with others, especially when we surround ourselves with humans every single day. When you stop and think about your own relationships, you wonder if you're actually good enough, seeing others have all these "good traits" just remind you of your bad ones. It's inevitable to feel not as worthy, but if your S.O or friends are considerate people, they'll try their best to boost your confidence, me personally, it doesn't really work because despite what my partner says, it's hard for his compliments to change my mind. But some people have a confidence bar, and all it needs is a little boost, simply a compliment or a nice gesture to remind them how great they are.

I, a long time non-believer of love, have found out that love definitely exists at my late age of 35. Am 37 now and lost the love due to my own burdens and stubbornness. Anyhow, I have came to the realization that men and women experience love differently. To women as far as I can see love is about feeling excited at first, then being able to make him stay even though what made her excited at first was partly his ability to not stay. So it is about what she gets from the love, not necessarily material as it is often said. For men, it is much more focused on how she makes him feel when he is with her, the warmth that makes him feel like he must protect that feeling at all costs.

Few years ago He told me that it's hard for him to show some emotions cuz he's a shy type of person.. (btw I met him since 2015.. we're ldr and I've never met him in person. Only on Skype and messenger vc) I tried to tell him to change ☹️ but everytime our fights end.. I can feel he's still the same old him. He doesn't want to talk about what we argued.. and he rarely say sorry to me (sincerely)..😔sometimes he'll just say sorry to me when I tell him to say so..

To be honest I think you should leave him and find a better guy. I did. I left my verbally abusive bf for a really kind and loving one. So you should leave him. This isn't me telling you to do it, I'm just trying to advise you on what to do cause if you stay in that relationship, your mental health will start to deteriorate. Hope this helps you. I think my crush would be too creeped out if I said this. I'm turning 20 and he's... 17 and a half. I'm the type who thinks once is enough, the type who likes the idea of dedicating myself to my one and only and I can see myself marry relatively soon... I don't know what type he is, if I were to believe what my friend told me he sleeps around a lot, but what I do _know_ is that he's not looking for that right now and it doesn't seem to me that he will in the next 5 or 10 years.
I told him I like him and he was touched. Honestly his reaction to it was the best thing ever. I knew he didn't like me, but I just wanted him to know that I do, I mean it's a beautiful thing if not anything else and I told him that the only reason I'm saying this is that I just wanted him to know. However... I can see he's not into keeping in touch with me. I'm not blaming him or anything, it's just the way it is.

I like the way he speaks and expresses himself, I like his views on everything, I like how he's a strong, confident personality, yet really polite and bright. He has a really kind heart and is making his way into being socially active. Actually DOING something. He's young though. But I'm wise enough to know time flows by and he won't be a kid forever. I see the gem in him and I want to... be there around that gem. Do whatever I can to support him. And just be with him.
I wouldn't say I know him. I'd say that whatever I've seen from a far are all things that I actually totally understand about him and things that click with me. But... I wouldn't say I know him.

I like the theme of this video. Love is something that is uncontrollable. You don't love someone on the first day you guys meet. There has to be something that made you fall in love and usually it's the subtle things in a person's that make you like them. But just because you love someone doesn't mean it will work out like in dramas. There has to be work and sacrifice. And if you can't put in that work and sacrifice it won't work.
