For the floor tiles, maybe you could try using Harpic the BLUE one. Focus it in between the tiles, let in sit for 5 minutes then scrub in between the tiles with a toothbrush. If the stains aren't coming out let it sit for another 5 minutes then scrub.
I've used it once before and it worked.
P. S It isn't something to use all the time because of how harsh it is. Just for a deep clean then you can maintain it with regular usual cleaning.

With the stain on the toilet flusher maybe you can try " Axion dishwashing paste ". Let it sit for 5 minutes then scrub.
Also be careful with the toilet scrubbing. Sometimes things that look like stains are the paint fading from harsh scrubbing.
This is quite possible. I’ll be on the lookout for this next time I deep clean.
Also something you could try is dish washing soap. The solid YELLOW one.
Eg. " Axion dishwashing paste ". For some reason I find the YELLOW one is what works best. It's what I use for my bathtub, sink and taps. I make a thick paste, apply, let it sit for 5 minutes then clean as usual.

The detergent you used did a good job with the toilet. I've simply been using Jik, soaking some toilet paper in it, applying it to the stained places, letting it sit for 5 minutes then cleaning the toilet as usual.
Hmmmm. This seems to be an effective solution for the stains. Love the tip. I will try as well especially where the stains still remain.
