I’m planning to replace the water pump on my Sienna 2015, and this video explains everything the clearest and has the most accurate steps of all the videos.
In the middle of this job now. Tensioner pulley goes back on tensioner.. but won't spin once bolt is torqued. Tried a brand new pulley, same result. What am I doing wrong?

Perfect video, but guys don’t forget for this engine under the engine cover there is air bleeder, you have to bleed the air from there too.

No way. I just had my 08 sienna overheat on me and I was about to do the water pump and thermostat this weekend before I found this.

For 2017 don’t have to raise the engine of the mounts

Losen engine mount and jack up the engine a little. More free space to work on.
