I get told this when I sing amazed by lonestar at karaoke and sometimes it makes me not want to do just karaoke because music was my soul passion at 5 years old though at 6 months old I was brought home from nursery and needlessly being beaten by my father. Natalie Imbruglia's "Torn" is a break up song but to me it describes the type of life I grew up being broken shamed and naked left on the floor, the only thing that kept me going was music along with very few people that finally started to hear my voice for help when my little sister was the only one that kept solid faith in me.

I checked it but I could no longer find the "thread" of the comment which our messages were in. Perhaps the main thread was deleted? Am not sure if you could read this since there is no way of sending DMs in YT. But am just gonna try anyway and see.
It's been a year since I left a comment here and honestly, I forgot the content of it. Perhaps because a huge part of myself did not expect someone will pay attention to it. After all, things that I wrote in comments in YT songs are mostly my internal monologues and sometimes short messages for anyone who I feel at that moment needs to read it in silence. Regardless, thank you for asking how I am after a year has passed. You're the first one who asked.
Many things happened over a year. Some days went in a blur and my memory's becoming dull. But I have started to find acceptance within myself and strength with the changes. Some things remain unpleasant though.
