No. It's actually less commercial than other homes in Hollywood Hills. You should see other homes. This one would feel way less commercial. The owner did a pretty good job.
I love the ideas and the style that was used. A lot of stone, big car garage and stepping away from those ugly round lights in the ceiling. But it’s just too big, there is so much space wasted by having it “bigger and better” where it wasn’t needed at all. A lot of “wasteland”, but I guess.
As a carpenter, former framer/plumber/"concrete guy", and basically someone who has all the skills needed to build the mansion you're walking through, let me tell you what goes into making something of that caliber: A LOT. Compared to alot of the large ultra modern estates in The Hills this feels more homelike. The use of natural tones, colors and textures like the woods and greenery give the home a comfortable feel instead of an open and clinical vibe. Also it feels connected to the outside but without making you feel exposed, great piece of design. Should tour it again with a proper camera.
10:23 A $44m home and can't even make a automatic trap door to hide the tv when it isn't used????? Poorly done and look cheap, especially considering how good the craftsmanship of everything else is, and then the master bed look like a DIY mix of Walmart and IKEA for like $600 lol
@Candis Respectfully disagree. Top end of the market is hit hardest in a recession or market downturn. As millenials, our reference points are a bit messed up, as most of us have not experienced a down market as home owners.
These become very hard to sell as they are usually second or third homes. They are already becoming hard to sell and the collector car market is softening too. Money is hoarded to survive the recession and then buy up stuff on the cheap. Someone will wait to pick this up for something like $25 million.
Just ask Candy Spelling who tried to sell her 5 acre, 56k sq ft house for 150m. It finally sold for 85m. Guess it became a hard sell to find the right billionaire.

I'm all for investing and having a good home for your family but people are so removed from reality now and this is what people strive for. financial security is a great goal but goddamn people we dont need this. a humble single home is enough. we share this planet and its resources. let's not strive for excessive consumerism but a good solid and stable future that isnt ladden with stuff that we dont need. it's people and experiences that matter most. I'm not saying live with nothing as a super minimalist. just live comfortably within your means reasonably.
@@Just999Me stuff a person doesn't need nor will they use it to the full extent
@@Just999Me This is just your opinion though. People like different things, so who are we to stop them from doing those things? If you work hard all your life, and get a little lucky, then go ahead and build your 44 million dollar mansion if it makes you happy. That's my opinion so take it for whatever it is
Layla I agree with you
UPDATE: it SOLD for $35.5 million to Tom and Lisa Bilyeu, the cofounders of Quest Nutrition!

2:32 - Skips over the fastest car in the room. The Dodge Demon. Wow. No words.
Like he said it was a home tour not a car tour
Graham is so Frugal but he’s such a dork about other people’s spending. Such a duality. I love it.
"What $44,000,000 Buys You In Texas", a county. ijs
1:18 please don’t me I was the only one expecting him to fall in the water like Michael from the office
Of course Graham has to rock his Prada polo in this house.
"What's unique?"
Pretty much the entire mansion. Even the vacuum noise is unique
Can we get an interview with the owner and what he does because damn this place is beautiful!
The owner already did a walkthru video during construction.
Bruh I’ve been watching you for months and just now I notice I wasn’t subscribed, issue has been solved
Holy smokes how did you know I just sat down to start a youtube binge
GOOD TIMING!
Pat Needham nice :)
Graham be like “it’s not worth my time , I could make more on UA-cam” 😂😂😂
hahaha
Finally someone did a very detailed walkthrough on this house thank you so much for showing us the whole house great job
you should get your guest room soon, this video had sooo many ads.
You want the video, you get the ads. No ads, no videos. It’s 2019.
Yes, it was like an add every few minutes. So annoying.
mikey j lol cuz 5 seconds to wait to skip an ad is so inconvenient. Be thankful all ads aren’t 5 min like on TV. Get over yourself.
Andrew P He was just saying, you don’t have to be a massive prick about it “get over yourself”.
@@AndrewPL5 Dont be such an angry troll. It wasn't a compliant merely an observation. He mentions needing more ad rev. in the video.
"you have a build in coffee maker" -> points at the wine distributor :X
Compared to alot of the large ultra modern estates in The Hills this feels more homelike. The use of natural tones, colors and textures like the woods and greenery give the home a comfortable feel instead of an open and clinical vibe. Also it feels connected to the outside but without making you feel exposed, great piece of design. Should tour it again with a proper camera.
🙌🏼
Graham: Lambos, Ferraries, Fords, Mercedez....
Dodge Hellcat: Am I a joke to you ? :v

A $44m home and can't even make a automatic trap door to hide the tv when it isn't used?????
Poorly done and look cheap, especially considering how good the craftsmanship of everything else is, and then the master bed look like a DIY mix of Walmart and IKEA for like $600 lol
. I swear
Like you have one? Lol
What if they liked it that way
For the first time I saw a kitchen with huge window. This is what I really appreciate 👍
I’m rewatching this video and when graham said “wait for it” at 4:04, i immediately thought he was going to say “millennial money”
I’m a simple person. I get the notification, I give up everything that I’m doing (even drinking my 20ct iced coffee) to smash the like button
AH thank you!!
Now that's a beautiful home.
This guy: Does not mention the Demon
Me: FURIOUS!!!
When the next recession hits, how hard of a hit does a property like this take?
SAOTA is my client in Cape Town. One of the best architectural companies in the world. The company itself has amazing staff.
To be honest, only thing I like about this house is outside and the view
11/10 would watch the Fast and Furious series with my cars.
You should make a vid on the cost of ownership... Like property taxes, insurance and upkeep

That epic moment when you realise someone's closet costs 4 times as much as your entire house.
Smashed the like button! Wow! Awesome Mansion and thanks for the tour GS! I drove around that Mansion's construction and so glad you did a tour on it. You are Marvelous....
Dodge Challenger : "Am i a joke to you ?"
This is how many times he said :
"Now whats really unique about this..."

It’s cool to see you in action mane!
Take a shot every time this guy says you can press a button

Absolutely stunning! Thanks.
Wow😵💖
This house makes me aspire to be something in life
That Tv is sick😱
thanks for watching!
If Graham lived there, there would be a $50k/yr barista making his 0.20c iced coffee ☕️🤑
haha
Hell no imagine being home alone at night and hearing footsteps echoing through the house
If I owned this house, I'd let my friends live with me because there's no way I'm gonna use all of this property lol
Never do that; you will constantly have roommate problems. Maybe not starting off; but give it a few months and you guys will start having varying different opinions on house rules.
I'd rather have a bunch of escorts in bikinis
