These animals are not native to New Zealand and the government has said they will kill thousands of them if hunters don’t control their numbers. So you see hunting these animals is also protecting them from mass slaughter were there carcasses are left to rot. If you eat meat or fish you are responsible for the death of these creatures. Even if you only eat vegetables you are still responsible for the death of the creatures that are killed to stop them eating your food. Are you now educated.
