- I came up with the worst idea ever because I thought it would be fun to increase the gravity 10x. On top of this I have to launch the highest weight into space and cannot work in increments. Surprisingly there is a rocket that can manage this and it's incredibly powerful.

Funfact: The Omega brick negates the weight you've chained to your shuttle. It'd shave off 100x10 pounds from your shuttle- though I suspect this info comes too little, too late.
And it's not exactly in the spirit of the challenge.

Wait, no, you don't understand. Dark matter reduces the overall mass of the target. If you stack enough dark matter, 20x gravity to something with .05 mass will result in an overall gravity of 1.00, roughly. That's means at DF's current level, he's easily 100x heavily than if he used the dark matter asap.
min weight of the game is 1, and dark matter at level Max +100 mult weight by .2
Does the dark matter actually affect the towed weight itself or only the rocket. Because with a heavy weight, you seem to WANT a heavier rocket as far as the launcher is concerned.

In payload mode, you actually want more weight because it carries your momentum. I was confused when my one rocket wouldn't work anymore and it was bouncing around, but it's because it was so light
If I remember correctly, the omega brick cancels out the weight in payload mode, so you might want to try one of it.
Why? Isn’t that against the point of the challenge?

FYI: you get 100% return when you sell things, so there is zero reason not to spend all your money (ignorin interest which rly isnt a way to make money unless you alrdy have a lot of money) every chance you can.
interest was literally the only way he was making money at all for the longest time in this vid, odd time to bring that up (especially since he states, in this very same video, that he can sell things for 100% return)

Df, max lift affects how much your rocket can carry and 150 pounds at 10 times gravity would require 1500 max lift. That’s a lot.
I used to speedrun this game and payload mode was the most stale of the speedruns. The only viable strategy was to go for self propelled bodies ASAP because they have an absurd max lift. The superpingu body has a max lift that I was never able to force to stay on the ground. Even with omega bricks and high gravity it still flew pretty easily.
The balloons have 6 power. You would get the same effect if you just fed your penguin beans and let him fart.

The best bet to do this challenge would probably be to use the Omega Penguin unlocked by launching without a body. It's super light and can hold 4 boosts and stages

Dark matter would help a lot because it's like choosing between a 5 pound weight in 10 x gravity or a 50 pound weight, the 5 pound weight is 50 pounds while the 50 pound weight is 500
One omega booster, one shield bubble, one anti grav, and one extra fuel tank. These will get you the farthest. Plus omega rockets not balloons.
Using omega brick in a slot will cancel out the payload
Bythsi I mean it will change weight to normal weight, allowing you to reduce it with weight reducers

Id recommend mouse controls if your going to use fast forward, you just point it at the top middle of the screen and it auto adjusts for you

If you haven't already, try using a maxed out launcher and a shield. The shield should protect you from hitting objects and you launch straight up.

@@derekwarren5679 maybe total power over time but they’re definitely not as powerful, like the rocket prolly puts out more power in a shorter amount of time but the balloon puts more out over the total time of its cycle

Dark Matter and other weight reducing items have NO effect on payload weight.
Unless you use the brick! The weight of the brick is taken from the payload and added to your ship instead, which dark matter and pengu balloons do effect! According to the wiki anyways.

Df when he’s bored: let’s make this game unecessarily painful and difficult
There are balloons and rockets that can be used in the stage category. Balloons have a much lower power, but basically last forever, rockets fire in very short bursts, but send you super far. For this challenge it may have been better to try out the omega rocket instead of the omega balloon, since it could probably have lifted the weight
By the way, according to the wiki, The Omega Brick negates the weight of the payload

This game looks entertaining! I've played and beaten some of the earlier variations of games like this 'potty racers' and there was a paper airplane version as well.
This game looks like the natural progression from those other two and looks like fun!:)
You can change the turning sensitivity in settings so you aren't over-rotating in FF.

the fact that you havent used dubstep thruster is wild
Saw the challenge, tried it myself, did it in 20 days or so. it would have helped alot if he would have used propellers also in the stages. could have grinded 2000-5000 money per day. after that you use the sonic burst, as it has immens strenght, but low fuel. but that is exactly what you need for the payload.
