Yea or even subconscious things.For me my body starts literally tweaking automatically,like when i sit in the car and feel tight chest I noticed i change my position slightly to avoid the feeling,these small things.Also the biggest one is probably focusing on it,for me to unfocus seems so hard but maybe trying to unfocus is literally resisting hahahah.Keep going man

I try but I feel like fight or flight takes over making it worse
