Besan Ka Halwa is traditional Indian and pakistani dessert and made using differnt flour, lentils, nuts and vegetables. Besan Ka Halwa is one of my favorite halwas. This is delicious and also quick and easy to make. When you roast the besan, the house is full of aroma. Besan ka Halwa is also gluten free. I hope you will like this.     Ingredients:
    Chickpea Flour 1 Cups
    Sugar 1 Cup
    Ghee 1 Cup
    Raisins As Required
    Water 1 Cup
    Making:
    1. Put a pan to heat. Turn on flame. Add 1/2 cup ghee. When ghee heats up add 1 cup Chickpea flour. Roast the chickpea flour until it is golden brown in color.Keep medium flame. It takes 15 minutes to roast the chickpea flour.
    2. Add 1/2 cup sugar to it. Roast for 2 to 3 minutes more while stirring it. Roast the chickpea flour for 4 minutes more ,while stirring it. Chickpea flour has turned dark. Now add milk to it. Stir and cook it on low flame. Dissolve the lumps.
    3. Now add a little Raisins it. Mix it well. Turn off flame. Take it out in a plate.
