Awesome video. I was a customer service rep at one point and I know a lot if not some businesses might and will resort to using AI but this is the future now on how AI can be used.
The current issue with these AI agents lies in their delayed responses, causing them to feel non-human. However, there are two potential solutions to this problem: Solution 1: Incorporate filler words such as 'Yes' and 'Ummm...' into the agent's response framework. By interspersing these filler words until the actual answer is ready, the AI can mimic the natural pauses and hesitations typical of human speech, thereby reducing the perceived delay. Solution 2: Implement an assumption-based approach both at the beginning and during the response process. By anticipating potential customer responses and preparing suitable follow-up responses in advance, the AI can significantly shorten the time needed to generate a relevant reply. This method enables the AI to swiftly recognize and adapt to expected customer inputs, streamlining the conversation flow and enhancing the overall user experience.
The days of annoying customer service robots are soon to be over. These AI customer service agents are going to be even more helpful than an actual human! Fire video as always! Say hi to your sister for me (;
It sure is, the application of real life voice with LLMs is going to bring AI into a new level of useful. Pair that with vision... now its almost alive ;)
@@poshsims4016 That's nonsense the response times should take less than 5 seconds - if it works as expected. He edited because the response times were taking too long. That's the update that I have been waiting for. At last. Knowledge base. I hope it lives up to the new update and does perfect calls without robotic inbound calls. I will check it out and see what it can actually do. If it does it well. I will do a video and service on this for potential clients for sure 🎉🎉 But with what I have seen recently, I am not convinced yet. I wonder what LLM air ai works on?
Thank you so much for your expertise and mentorship!!! Earlier you had a video of “AI Voice Appointment Setter” and now “AI Voice Knowledge Base or FAQs Bot.” Is there a way to have the same number for both or would it be just more simple to have separate numbers?
Nice video. Instead of referring the client to support, can we ask if they want a callback and capture their contact details interactively as party of the call or is that not a feature of Air?
What would be cool is to automatically capture the user's email and do something with it and the conversation after the call. e.g create an account and send quotes for something... Can't find a solution to capturing emails reliably there
These would need to have dynamic data for them to be usable. Product questions might be alright for a chat bot that can integrate with your product catalog but honestly it isn't needed with most search engines. For an AI on the phone to be fully functional, it would need to connect to order data. There are far too many people calling for their order information, is less with product information.
Where is the Air Ai link? I am having issues setting up the account. Also does any of these AI support platforms capture customer information into a CRM or record convos? Thanks for your posts.
This is nice. However, is there a solution, more like an Ai Omnichannel, that wherever the customer is reaching in from, call, email or chatbot etc, the Ai can remember the previous conversations and transactions made to continue the conversation smoothly. It would also be great if the Ai can, scan one's website for updates or availability in the case of a booking website, and send an email if the customer had requested for some info and provide the requested info during the call. What do you think? Is there something like this available?
Did not get it to work following your instructions precisely. After setting everything up, when I call the number, twillio message states "configure your numbers voice URL". Not sure what that means. I think you missed a step.
Interesting. I can see people who have print on demand shops where the customer service enquiries is the most annoying part wanting to link this to their shops.
Thanks bro for this tutorial. I think I'm gonna create it's French version for my UA-cam channel Commarketing AI. No problem with that ? Otherwise, I'd like to know what software do you use to record your screen ? Thanks in advance
One problem I’m encountering is the inability to control what number customers can call in. If I purchase a number off Twilio, then start a campaign in Air ai.. the campaign generates a new number. Doing so will render 10000 of flyer moot… do you know of a way?
It takes 5 minutes to research airai and you'll see the reviews are very poor and the founder behind it is questionable to say the least. The fact that you edited the videos to shorten the response the times speaks volumes! It's disingenuous. I agree with Ryan Baggott calling you... Liam "this is not a sponsored video" Ottley --- if its not sponsored at least doing a little digging to the people behind it, show the good and the bad.
I'm an AI Engineer with double masters, research and industry experience in top B2B company. I must say that few aspects of the tech Liam showed in this video is disingenuous

Cool. I am looking to set up one that accepts and sets appointments for my cleaning business. It needs to be able to access and modify my calendar.
As much as I appreciate the work you do Liam, I think it’s not totally transparent that you constantly edit out the wait times for the AI to respond
Have you done it before and is it long? I know it’s not long response times with synthflow
It’s just a demonstration, he needs to keep ppls attention spans too and not show every single detail

Question: the Twillio Website creates the phone line, which then connects to your bot?

How much is Air AI?
And who owns it is it his buddy's company
$0.11 per minute. No the founder isn't my friend
