Super capacitors are used when the application involve a fast charge and discharge...so if your application involve this behavior you can use a super capacitor. I dont have the model, but you can replicate entire model by watching the video. I have shown each and every value

PWM is used for the pulse generation for mosfet

SOC is in percentage form so it’s range is from 0 to 100
