Thanks! From our testing and research, we've found that aluminum-on-aluminum impact leads to a smaller handle gap reduction compared to stainless steel zenping-on-aluminum impact. Instead, by controlling the maximum contact area between the pin and the blade during impact, we can minimize the pressure exerted with each collision and prevent deformation to the greatest extent possible.
This thing is so weird. 7075 blade, 6061 handles, steel pins, it’s like a mashup that I am totally here for. I love how it looks. Can’t afford to buy it now.

Nabalis balisongs are absolutely outstanding price = quality have no match right now on the market. If you do not own any Nabalis product i would recommend getting at least one they are amazing.. I got myself a Vulp and my next target is Tanto Hydra.

I just hope that Nabalis utilizes this new extrusion method for newer aluminum balisongs down the line to bring forward more budget options with the same quality that they've somehow been keeping. I really want them to keep up their momentum and iterate on their ideas instead of being cheap one-off proofs of concept. On a side note, I honestly think they if they made a hollowed out steel blade, this thing would have been perfect. Only time will tell of course. Mine will be here soon enough, so at least I'll be able to see for myself how this handle gap will degrade.

Quick question. How would you rate this balisong in terms of chaplins and grip compared to the Squiddy AL? The Extrusion looks to be some sort of Squiddy-AL adjacent alternative, so I just wanted to see how it compares.
@@spyroclone152 Yes definitely. The Extrusion imo has more grip for sure but the chaplins are about the same as the AL in terms of grip

$50 for a trainer isn't bad at all. Benchmade live blades are $450. Other companies are just as high.
It is wild that there is basically... this video and that's it, but I guess they went from concept to market real quick and like everyone else, mine is on the way there and the reviews will roll out as people get them. That being said, great video, and this thing looks fun as hell!

Because of the price in terms of flipping, I think the extrusion is better but I love the AL

Is it better than the canyon?
I can’t chose. both are good in their own ways because they are so different from each other. I would choose the extrusion only because it carries momentum better but chaplins are better on the canyon
