Bro it will not cause any animosity, it will help reduce corruption and also make the cops understand that they are being watched so the hate to do their jobs well. Making arrests is no big deal. If a cop is suspected of having involved in a corrupt practice, they can be arrested by a fellow police officer, officers from the anti corruption agency or concerned citizens so please let their bosses deal with the relation issues between the different law enforcement agencies or armed forces.
