- "Pitamber Kohli and his two brothers, Yeshwant and Pratap get in the bad books of an underworld don named Swami, who soon launche a vendetta against them. In this goofed up situation, Pitamber gets killed, and both Yeshwant and Pratap swear to avenge his death. Pratap joins the police force, and steps up his efforts to nab Swami at any cost. Swami makes it a point to kidnap Pratap's sister and brother in law and held at gunpoint. Yeshwant goes to rescue them at the cost of his own life. Will Pratap manage to take his revenge?

Evryone knows, this movie is Indian version of The Godfather. Whereas the Godfather is a rather calm movie, this movie with its over the top music and acting is an exaggerated screenplay of the same story but of all the copies that I have seen of the Godfather, this movie wonderfully captures the rise Michael Corleone from underdog harmless civilian to a mob boss which is Pratap Koli played by Govinda and Govinda is a very good cast for the role. I remember watching this movie on DD 1. I was just mesmerized by this movie.

Miss U soo much Govinda, great versatile actor. No one can act like Govinda..peoples nowadays only know him in comedy, in fact he is also great in action and drama. He plays a lot in action and drama during '86-'95. Look at his character in this movie, totally different with his usually. Awesome actor 👍👍❤️
