The fact that Jin was supposed to be an actor and had no experience of singing and dancing but look at him now
The hardest working member. He practiced singing and dancing many hours every day and sometimes all night when he first joined. His work ethic is admirable. That he went from no singing to this level of perfection is really impressive. Jungkook is the king but Jin is the prince of vocals. The combo of Jimin, Jin and JK makes for some damn fine harmonies. These guys don't need Autotune but it is used to smooth out the overall sound, especially when they are dancing. They don't need it when they're on stools just singing. Their cover of Fix You proves that. Pure talent.

I think they were just talking about the vocal line because a lot of new armies get confused with them and it’s pretty difficult to see who is singing and it’s easy to see who is rapping because Hoseok has more of a sassy tone and namjoon has more of a deep tone and yoongi has a raspy tone and you can easily point that out but for the vocals it’s hard because jimin and Jungkook and Jin have the same range and taehyung just has a deeper tone than them so yea

they do use autotune sometimes tho.. not bcs “they cant hit the notes” but for stylistic reasons.. like for example in outro tear .. autotune isnt always a bad thing.. it can be a nice addition to a song to create a different vibe

They are all so individual I would recognise their stunning voices anywhere, under any circumstances.
