And I would say this? Kitty is glad to get that stuff off of its face because the longer it's on there. The more it's irritated as you can see, the cat is bleeding through the skin while she's removing this stuff and it it wants it gone. So I think it knows it's being helped

This is tragic. His skin is raw and going to get more irritated. As a cat dad to a pair of Main Coons my boys get a brushing and close inspection on the daily.
I can also tell you this isn't just regular cat. Acne, this kid has some allergies to food or something that it is being exposed to and it's causing these major issues. You need to get it under control. It isn't just acne.
You seem to be very informed about cats in general. I am concerned about this kitty also, I’ve not seen a case this severe and I hope wherever he or she is that it will get the help that’s needed at the least? Thank you for speaking out. God bless
It is not recommended to shave the cat. Recommended solutions by cat owners and some vets: change bowl to ceramic; clean chin acne by applying warm towel for a minute and then brushing it with wet soft toothbrush. No need to shave because it will only irritate the skin. Best of luck and hopefully kitty’s skin is better

Não sabemos porque chegou nesse estado, mas ele é dócil e permitiu a manipulação mesmo com dor. Minha gatinha tem acne, mas eu fico de olho e limpo o queixo dela com frequência. E se tiver algum pontinho preto eu limpo com cuidado com soro e clorexidina. Jamais deixaria chegar nesse estado do vídeo, só que se o tutor for inexperiente ou não estiver atento, pode inflamar rápido.

This bad of a breakout should NEVER be treated at home or the way you are doing it. He is already in discomfort from it and that horrid way u did this made it worse. This poor baby can’t clean his own face the way it needs done. He can’t apply ointment when it hurts. That was your responsibility as his owner and you neglected to do so for a long time. Cat acne is actually folicular keratinisation, poorly understood condition. Bowls have nothing tondo with this.
