And we see what has happened to the quality of their play in recent weeks. Remember the Steelers are also down 3 starters on the OLine and 2 rookies starting in place. Frazier has played very well most games, but not like he will next year and after that. McCormick has basically tread water, certainly not playing as well as the starter he had to replace. It's a credit to this coaching staff that they have won this many games against one of the top 3 toughest schedules in the league. Let's get real here people!

That part of his game is not really good at this stage of his career. Kansas D is good. They get after the QB. Russ talks a good game. Lost 2 in a row, and a third could be on Christmas day. The game in Cincinnati is going to be tough. The shine might be gone. The team could actually end up 6 and 5 under Russ.

This is the first game that Russ was truly a reason the Steelers lost. He hurt the team in his play and the interception after 39 got the ball back sealed the win for the ravens. This team is one and done in the playoffs. Same story. They will not win the division and will get crushed on the road in the playoffs. Heard it here first.
This loss was not the fault of Russell wilson. You are not paying attention if you think that a team that can't play with a few injuries and a team that has no depth and a team that has a defense that gets gassed because they're on the field too long add a team that has coaching that is suspect and play calling that is even more suspect then you're just not seeing the big picture. This is not a complete team and it's not a Super Bowl caliber coaching staff and unless they get everyone back from injury they won't even be able to sniff out a victory in the playoffs let alone win another game in the regular season. But with all that being said, at least we are upholding the new standard of not having a losing season
He is a big reason for the loss. He fumbled at near the goal line and threw and interception where both turnovers resulted in points for the Ravens. He played poorly in this game and there is no debate on this. The defense didn't help the cause allowing a lot of big pass and run plays but they got the ball back with time to tie the game and Russ throws a pick 6 that ended the game.
We didnt need this win. We are playing the Ravens who needed a win and they were at home. Can't blame Russ here. I blame poor play calling by the coaches.

Placing it all on him is the easy thing. The interception was bad but as team they dropped the ball. The offense played better and Austin stepped up. The biggest concern is defense. The corners are allowing too much and the tackling is horrible

Russ played a perfect game EXCEPT for those (2) mistakes, which were deadly. But- need to also fix the bad tackling and poor DB play.
This is the first game that Russ was truly a reason the Steelers lost. He hurt the team in his play and the interception after 39 got the ball back sealed the win for the ravens.
This team is one and done in the playoffs. Same story. They will not win the division and will get crushed on the road in the playoffs. Heard it here first.

This loss was not the fault of Russell wilson. You are not paying attention if you think that a team that can't play with a few injuries and a team that has no depth and a team that has a defense that gets gassed because they're on the field too long add a team that has coaching that is suspect and play calling that is even more suspect then you're just not seeing the big picture. This is not a complete team and it's not a Super Bowl caliber coaching staff and unless they get everyone back from injury they won't even be able to sniff out a victory in the playoffs let alone win another game in the regular season. But with all that being said, at least we are upholding the new standard of not having a losing season
He is a big reason for the loss. He fumbled at near the goal line and threw and interception where both turnovers resulted in points for the Ravens. He played poorly in this game and there is no debate on this. The defense didn't help the cause allowing a lot of big pass and run plays but they got the ball back with time to tie the game and Russ throws a pick 6 that ended the game.
