I would prefer the upbeat hirogarism, but the timing of this song with the latest episode fits perfectly. If you watched episode 22, you would understand why this song is a bit nightly sad but hopeful. I don't think hirogarism would've worked as the ending for episode 22 given how episode 22 ended.
the only thing I dislike about this song is that it only song by one person, making the ending where everyone lipsync to the song feels weird especially with Wing since we all know he is a boy

That's true, part of the reason why we got no pink cameo cure was probably because of that. Hopefully it'll grow on me after a few more listens.
