make a new steam account and on that new steam account click on friends than add a friend and then scroll down and copy that steam link and send it over to the account that has the funds and goto store and search up gorilla tag and add it to cart and then change the "for my account" too "this is a gift" and then continue to payment and then select the new account you just made and gift it to him
