So, why would the SC waste its time resolving a matter strictly about rights so personal to the Chinese escapee who is even indicating convincing unwillingness to submit to authority of our criminal justice system , and likewise whose engaged lawyer does not even know where the subject is or may be right now - considering she's full Chinese and free to go home to China any time, (if it were not for her cases with the gov't this time).
May I add that RIGHT TO LIFE is primarily one's personal responsibility to put it in the "safest way" possible, and not risk or expose it irresponsibly to any or some other "unlawful ways" only to complain or regret later or in the end, and THEN BLAME OTHERS for the consequences on account of no less that her own bad deeds or that have been calculated well in the first place.
