Yeah, there were way less people playing deino in the beginning of this update. Means more grabs, less cannibals, and overall a better experience.

The degree of fun playing a deino is entirely dependant on the play style of the person playing. If played as intended (incorporating combat with other deinos) it is very entertaining.
Agreed. I truly enjoy deino as an ambush predator with occasional combat.

a tip for you ive seen you do dont sit to close to the ground when you try to sprint in water you use way less stam but you are way slower aswell always swim and dont walk on the riverbed

@@eduardomoura8414 no, quite literally when I made this video, people were mostly playing the new dinos. I saw very very few other deinos and they were all playing as deinos and not land whales.

i dunno why beipi's are scared of deino's. beipi's are the deino's only water friend. everything else is dinner. even other deino's. beipies are river penguins. sometimes deino's give beipies ride.

I have the Isle but when I try playing the deino there is no option for it, and when I change it to Evrima it says I need a anti-block...
Ahh yeah, deino is only available on the evrima side. Legacy is discontinued and will eventually be removed entirely.
I know there's a way to fix the anti-cheat error, but I can't recall off the top of my head
Hey metta,uhh,just wanted to day your videos are amazing,literally perfect,on par with the gaming beaver.BUT of your new title is correct and deino really is more fun to play,is it worth the 5h growth time?I've grew kne in the past to be demolished by 3 stegosaurus after getting stranded on land.Anyways I'd just like your opinion on it if you can.Great video!
If you play deino as intended, as an ambush predator, then absolutely!
They are weaker against steg than ever on land though, as they have increased stam drain there even more than before.
On this particular server, there were very few adult deinos as well which made it much easier to get the ambush.
But overall, I got more ambushes in two days this update than I've gotten in weeks on previous ones.
The stego and ceras at the end all happened within about 30 minutes for example.
Ah,I was playing duo with my brother and I managed to get a few epic kills and I was fighting a pack of raptors and they were mixpacking and I didn't know at the time but a pachy stormed towards me as I attempt to grab a raptor and I grabbed the pachy.We massacred them after,so I'm sure the update will amplify the amount of catches.

Not completely how it works. As long as the cera is within a certain distance of the corpse, they'll still get the buff. If the cliff was tall enough, maybe. But I wasn't sure if it was or not so may as well just eat it.
I only lost about 10% health during the entire fight, so I wasn't really very worried either way. The cerato was more like an annoying fly than an actual threat
