This is a beautiful movie called "The Client" and Brad Renfro's character is called Mark Sway.
This is the history of the film :
A 11 year old boy (Brad Renfro) sees the suicide of a Mafia lawyer, but before dies he tells the boy that his client had killed a senator and in which place the body was hidden. When the police discover the body of the bomber, also is the boy in place and both the FBI and the Mafia is sure that he talked less than he knows. Feeling pressured by a prosecutor (Tommy Lee Jones), who wants to promote himself to become governor, the boy searches for the help of a lawyer (Susan Sarandon) inexperienced, ex-alcoholic (she had personal problems and she drank before studying law ), but determined. However, while investigations are continuing the boy's life in danger.
