Wow...this is like you stepped into a time machine! Bottled Coke and Super Mario and the mysterious "hotdog hamburger"--what fun! This is _exactly_ the type of place I like to find when I'm traveling--quirky and unexpected. Thank you, Shinichi and Satoshi, for showing us all the cool places most tourists would never see! ❤❤🤗🤗
Here in Germany, we are able to buy Coke in glass bottles at some supermarkets. Big and smal and tiny, it really tastes better, mayber because in plastic the carbonite.. the bubbles are drained out faster? And I think that the coke somehow takes on a litte taste of plastic when in plastc bottles.
What a cool place! I would love to play on those old arcade games and the retro vending machines are especially neat. It's great that someone is maintaining and keeping these old machines running. Well, except for that hotdog machine!
I love your videos because you use clean language and they are interesting. I lived in Tokyo in 1999. Loved it! But I never had time to travel around like you both do.
@TabiEats Sad to think how many great places have gone away. Use to have a couple places near me that had older video games and similar foods. First one closed down in the early 2000's and the Second one closed just before the Pandemic hit which was sad since they still had good food and someone who knew how to make non Krispie Kreme style donuts. Happy to see you two were having a trip down memory lane while on your trip. 😄
Food vending machines in a classic arcade with the old games fantastic find gentlemen. Now that's something I would do as a tourist , it's so kool and nostalgic great find 😀 💛👍.
Hey Shinichi-san and Satoshi-san! Just wanted to say hi & let you know how much I enjoy all your videos. This one, visiting the retro arcade/vending machines place was really fun & nostalgic for me! I would love to visit a place like that! Until next time, sending you both love and hugs from New Orleans!
Guys, thanks for the interesting and fun vending machine tour. we have a frozen steak vending machine close to our house we are going to check out. Take care!
I don't remember these games as arcade games. Where I grew up there isn't any arcade at all even now and I'm not sure even now arcades are in the bigger cities, only in vacation parks. I did have 2 mario games and tetteris on the first game boy that came out. and I got a pokemon game eventually (yellow). Glad you were able to get your burger. I think I would go for the kitsune udon. I just love abura age.
Retro sounds so strange to say about something we were teenagers when it was popular. But my kids think these things are sooooo old . Life was more simple and relaxed back then.
i see older pachislo machines behind you when you were eating the ramen noodles. in the USA i started to collect them have 4 so far so much fun. nice to see them in the wild where they came from.
Hi Shinichi, Hi Satoshi. Enjoyed the video , The arcade with the vending machines and games were nostalgic for me, took me back to my Seventies & Eighties childhood. I could spend ages in there playing the arcade games and eating the food from the machines. And as previously said Coke is tastier in a glass bottle. Arigato guys. Looking forward to seeing more videos. 😀👍😋
Actually, when I was growing up there was one of those old coke machines in my church. They kept it in the activities building so people playing basketball and soccer had access to it.
I'm sure there is a vending machine company you can send them a link or call them. But yes always sucks when a machine breaks when you actually build an appetite.
The background noise of the explosions and "death cry" of defeating an enemy...I SWEAR IT'S A CAPCOM BEAT'UM UP but I don't know which one! It could be D&D!
I'm 99% the mario arcade is a bootleg :D I don't think such an arcade existed. But it's fine ! It's part of the retro atmosphere and history and japanese game centers.
You got ripped off from a vending machine trying to buy a very “American” sounding sandwich. So basically you had a very American vending machine experience hahaha
Why do Japanese use currency and coins so much instead of credit/debit cards, mobile wallet payments, etc? Considering it's a developed/advanced technology nation?
"Lettuce burger" "hot dog (roast ham barely visible)" "hot dog" "lettuce burger" "hot dok (sic) roast ham" "hot dok hamburg" - man those labels are something :D Definitely no curry anywhere XD
Hi guys! It looks like I will finally be able to visit Japan! I was going through your videos for ideas but I’m only going to be there for about a week. Where is one place I must visit? I know it’s hard to pick one place but I want to take advantage of the time I’m there 🥹

i think the " Hot Dog Burger " was supposed to be a " Curry SAUSAGE sandwich " . That's what the meat looked like : a breakfast sausage patty.
Ahhh that actually makes sense

The restaurant, vending machine, street food and Ramen episodes are so good. The Ramen hunt videos were what brought me here about 2 years ago. 😀👍
Thank you. I wish i could see such marvels.
Love you both! Thank y ou for who you both are, and what you both do!
Coke always tastes better when in a glass bottle. (imo)
I love retro places! I would have a blast there. Thanks guys.😊
I prefer can. Glass Bottle second.

Wish they had these in America. They had some type like this in the 1950's-1980's called Automats.
Ah, this place looks so cool! All the retro arcade machines look like they're in excellent condition 😊
Lived in Misawa in the late 80s. I miss the arcades so much. A bowl of UFO and a few thousand worth of coins in r type several times a week.
I love your videos because you use clean language and they are interesting. I lived in Tokyo in 1999. Loved it! But I never had time to travel around like you both do.
I had so much fun watching this episode….love retro
It’s all about the things you find along the way. Such fun! ❤
For me... this is heaven!
Hi Shinichi and Satoshi good to see y'all l love these vending machines video miss make more please ❤️😘🤩🥰😘👌

The hot dog - hamburger looked like a hamburger with hot dog toppings..
Good video again you two!
Thank you so much to show us such nice places

Completely agree. This is the kind of place that I would travel too as a tourist or hang out at as a local.

Shinichi and Satoshi!! Hi guys from Destin Florida U.S.A!! L❤VE these vending machine videos!! Thanks for all you do! ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🌈🌞
Just to be around all those retro machines would be a treat!
Guys, thanks for the interesting and fun vending machine tour. we have a frozen steak vending machine close to our house we are going to check out. Take care!
It looks soooooo fun to hang out there
I really enjoy watching u guys!! Keep it up thank u 👍👍☺️❤️🎉
This station is amazing with the retro style and Happy holidays to you Tabi Eats.
Good video, dudes. And I have never seen a super mario arcade cabinet. Looks dope. Wish I could play it!

Bottled Coke is the best!
This looks so fun!!!
Retro sounds so strange to say about something we were teenagers when it was popular. But my kids think these things are sooooo old . Life was more simple and relaxed back then.
Kids refer to things from the 2000s as “retro” these days so take it with a grain of salt haha
I'd have such a good time in a place like that! Like you, Shinichi, I adore kitsune udon -- but it lives one step below my favorite, tanuki udon!
HELLO looks AMAZING is this a new 1 THAT IS SO COOL that they can ve found everywhere. The food 😋 😋 😋 & the games so RETRO ❤
i see older pachislo machines behind you when you were eating the ramen noodles. in the USA i started to collect them have 4 so far so much fun. nice to see them in the wild where they came from.
Good video. I am glad they were able to open the machine and get yourlost/last burger 👍
steamed torch ginger flower or kantan flower or kecombrang flower
There should be a phone number to call to in case a vending machine is broken. It's unacceptable that you lost your money.
Hot dog hamburger! It's like gambling... but glad you finally got it👍

If you have a Nintendo switch and a Nintendo online membership you can play a lot of the old games for free.
Actually, when I was growing up there was one of those old coke machines in my church. They kept it in the activities building so people playing basketball and soccer had access to it.
these guys legitimate concern for the machine not working- oh nooo! lmfao had me chortling
Looks like that Udon machine could use a good scrub down
The environment definitely takes you back.
All those games are too new to remember, pong, space invaders, Tron, tank battle, those I remember.
Lol, anything you guys eat that you dislike 😂🤣
You're Really Tooooo kind, receiving that PATHETIC hotdog thing, I'd be pissed !!🤣😂🤣😂👍💙💛💙💛
would love to visit, but seems to be very difficult to reach this location by trains....
I know this place! But never been. I used to live in Maizuru but never got the chance to get out there. haha
I'm sure there is a vending machine company you can send them a link or call them. But yes always sucks when a machine breaks when you actually build an appetite.
Can someone explain the photos that look like mugshots on the money exchange machine?
I’m curious about the katakana on the sign that readsダルマ - what does it mean? I only know about the Daruma dolls but what does this katakana refer to?
wow, the games! my partner will love this video 💖
I Enjoyed your Video.. Thank You !!!
The background noise of the explosions and "death cry" of defeating an enemy...I SWEAR IT'S A CAPCOM BEAT'UM UP but I don't know which one! It could be D&D!
I played Tetris on the Amiga A1000 computer.
thats a neat place
random but i could hear the sounds of the arcade game Metal Slug coming from the other side when Satoshi san was explaining the ramen
please will you both be my uncle. this video made my day. 🤗
This Vendinf Machine video reminds me of Chef in a Box 😅
The building id say 1950-1980 is the vibes I Get
I remember playing Super Mario Bros on Gameboy Color, Puyo Puyo Tetris 1 and 2 on Switch, and Space Invaders on a Plug and Play TV game 😅
I'm 99% the mario arcade is a bootleg :D I don't think such an arcade existed. But it's fine ! It's part of the retro atmosphere and history and japanese game centers.
Your coca cola is cheaper than in england ,uk. Yours 130 yen ours £1.30
Wow very good nice. I'm a big fan of you+👍🔔
11:07 Thank you, Shinichi, I'll send you my post office box number :)
I miss the old world.
Aloha 🌺 What fun!!!!🥰
Cool retro place. The noodle bowls looked good but you were too generous to that "burger". 😜
How many levels did you complete on Super Mario Brothers? That looked like a fun place.
That's interesting for a Vending machine for Ramen......
Great video
u guys should do Coke comercial. it looked fun doing venden machine
NO hotdogs 🌭 ??😮
They should have a phone number on the machine for help for jams or things like this hey ?
Old skool
Nice vid otherwise guys!!! ✌🏻
hooo legal e inusitado
You got ripped off from a vending machine trying to buy a very “American” sounding sandwich. So basically you had a very American vending machine experience hahaha
It makes me sad that the Japanese are better at preserving retro coke machine than the us thise coke machines look SO COOL
I'm not convinced that they liked the burger lol
Real coke in bottle. Spcae Invaders,, Natsukashii
Why do Japanese use currency and coins so much instead of credit/debit cards, mobile wallet payments, etc? Considering it's a developed/advanced technology nation?
These are RETRO machines so they are older and don't use credit cards or mobile wallet payments.
@@TheLadyLuck523 Yes, but I've seen in other videos as well. Even with the modern vending machines, shops, grocery stores, cash is being used.
❤️
👍
Bokksu is so weird. It's an American Company but Everything is Japanese. Must have cost them a lot of research and development.
Where’s the beef?
"Lettuce burger" "hot dog (roast ham barely visible)" "hot dog" "lettuce burger" "hot dok (sic) roast ham" "hot dok hamburg" - man those labels are something :D Definitely no curry anywhere XD
That hot dog burger experience seems pretty disappointing.
Nope/ Always be HAPPY.😉
Good attitude :)
