I really wanted to like your company.. I ordered 2 sprouted coconuts and got one completely rotten and the other half rotten... I didn’t take pics .. so no refund or replacement ? I ordered because I saw a UA-cam video with a big beautiful green stalk coming out of the coconut... what I got was old brown dying stem. Im pretty sure you know this was a bad coconut before you sent it ... not sure what your business model is and why you didn’t send a quality product, but would appreciate a refund or replacement.
Once all that is done , how long can it be kept in the jar ? Can you use the allotted amount and keep using off of it ? Thank you in advance
