Hi Chad, Nice save of the Bee. Sorry to hear about your trolling motor. I don't like treble hooks either. I grind down all the barbs on my hooks. It's easier to unhook the fish. Take care and good luck, Mickey
Thank you. Treble hooks work great for those times of the year fish just want to take a small nip at the lure but not bite it hard. I’m always scared I’m going to get hooked when the fish is shaking around. I definitely need to take those barbs off before they ruin my day. The fish still seem to be out in the main river but I didn’t see any tarpon so I’m thinking they moved towards the canal’s. I’ll be back out to target some reds next.
