@@The_Snailman IMO set count doesn't mean anything. I think Acola is better based on the results but there's a handful of players who got an even or better set count with Leo but I think most people would still say he's the best in the world

@@izzygarnelo instant double jump. It’s a self explanatory tech that allows you to gain the height of a double jump lower and you can input aerials out of it for more combos.It looks funnier than a typical short/ full hop aerial so you should be able to pick it out if you’re paying attention
I didn’t catch many idj’s if any from kurama? I’m pretty sure idj for Mario is slower than full hop due to his floaty double jump

During Onin's monster lead in game 3 I actually called the win for him😅, but oh how wrong I was. An incredible 3 stock comeback for Kurama. There's a reason he's considered the greatest Mario player of all time!!!!
Honestly one of my favourite ultimate sets ever - although it’s Steve, Onin plays quite hype with his techs and Kurama is just a monster
Kurama is getting so good that is time for me to go like "is Kurama, he's gonna win and get top" just as Light, Leo, Sparg0 and more.

I love it when a Steve loses, but Kurama is something else
Kurama’s use of cape and Fludd kept barely missing or whiffing on punishes. His combos were impeccable though. If he anticipates Steve’s specials better, this set isn’t this close.

I was around for the smash 4 bayonetta era and she wasn’t even considered as bad as brawl MK… she was pretty bad but I really don’t see the problem with Steve besides he’s probably annoying to play against. There has to be a best character in the game…. But it doesn’t mean they’re ban worthy.
