His training routine for chest and deltoids. Here he is in period of resting from an exhausting regimen.
he has openly said that he has taken/is taking steroids, but thats his choice, his way off life, his job, so we should repsect it, although i am 100% against steroid use
that's the problem with that "SPORT" they end up taking themselves way too seriously....life is too short for this lack of fun.
it is about his training and about for 3 years how you can get on you 20 kg clean muscle
